    • PURPOSE: A board-shape reducer is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to improve productivity by forming one part into engineering plastics. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(10) is rotated by power offered to a driving source. An operating unit(100) is installed to the input shaft in order to slope about a perpendicular plane to a rotational shaft line of the input shaft. The operating unit is connected with rotation of the input shaft. A connector(20) is driven to a rotational shaft line direction of the input shaft. An output unit(200) is rotated by pressure of the connector. A guide groove guides so that the connector is driven to the rotational shaft line direction of the input shaft. Housing comprises the guide groove.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a large reduction gear ratio with good operability by providing a control means for changing continuously the ratio between the transmission time when a clutch is transmitting the oscillating motion of an oscillating shaft to an output shaft and the non-transmission time when the transmission is not performed. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 28 is rotated, an oscillating disc 24 fixed at an oscillating shaft 22 is oscillated by + or -theta deg. on an upper dead point (b) as the center through a rotational oscillation converting mechanism 23 formed of a crank disc 30 and a connecting rod 31. When a clutch 26 formed of clutch discs 33, 35 for connecting the oscillating shaft 22 and an output shaft 25 is connected by the specified angle in the normal or reverse oscillation period from the upper dead point (b) by a control means 27, the output shaft 25 can be transmissively rotated in the normal or reverse direction. In this case, when the ratio between the transmission time and non-transmission time of the clutch 26 within the oscillating angle theta is changed, the reduction gear ratio is changed continuously. A large reduction gear ratio can be thus obtained in easy operation.
