摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for emitting a volatile substance which can adjust air circulation in such a way that an aroma produced by the system is increased or decreased.SOLUTION: A system 1 emitting a volatile substance comprises a housing 2 containing a volatile substance within it, a ventilation surface 3 having a ventilation window and arranged within the housing 2 and an adjustment element 4 capable of being arranged in at least two mutually different positions, a first position where the air circulation is maximum and a second position where the air circulation is minimum. In the first position, the adjustment element 4 opens an additional ventilation opening, and, in the second position, the adjustment element closes the additional ventilation opening, so that the circulation of air is easily adjustable for increase or decrease of an aroma simply by rotating the adjustment element.

A more constant rate of evaporation of a fragrance or insecticide and a more balanced diffusion of fragrance or insecticide together with a greater intensity of the fragrance or of the insecticide efficacy in the room to be freshened or protected are achieved.
