    • This invention pertains to a non-contact Qi emission and amplification electronic device. Qi is a Chinese word for the life energy that circulates in human beings. The device is a passive electronic device, that is, it is not powered by any battery or electrical supply. It does not come into contact with the user. The user places the device a few feet away. As such the device is totally safe in terms of dangerous electrical shocks or electromagnetic emissions. The device has a switch to turn it on or off. The switch connects together electronic components, including a piezo-crystal, inside the device. Ambient fluctuations in the voltage of the piezo-crystal may produce an influence field that is broadcasted to an approximately six foot radius surrounding the device. The influence field feels like a cool breeze and affects the user in similar ways to the emitted Qi from Qi Gong practitioners.

By enhancement it is meant increasing the frequency, the length, the lucidity, and the color of dreaming. For example, one person who dreams in grey shades now dreams in color when using the device. The device will also allow better recall of the dreams. Dream enhancement is generally a pleasant process and promotes a pleasant feeling in the morning after use. The device is a passive electronic device, that is, it is not actively powered. The user places the device a few feet away during sleep. The device uses a piezo-crystal and an iron core. It is believed that ambient fluctuations in the piezo-crystal's voltage produce an influence field that is broadcasted through the iron core to the user a few feet away.

    • An energy boost circuit adapted to provide power to a load is described. The circuit includes a pair of thermoelectric generators (TEGs) for converting thermal energy from a heat source into electrical energy; a pair of capacitor banks arranged in parallel, each coupled to one of the TEGs for storing the electrical energy generated by the TEG; a power converter; a first switching element coupled between a first capacitor bank in the pair of capacitor banks and the power converter; a second switching element coupled between a second capacitor bank in the pair of capacitor banks and the power converter; and a monitor/controller coupled to the first and second switching elements and adapted to selectively switch the switching elements in order to provide a power boost to the load, where the monitor/controller automatically switches the switching elements based at least partly on charge levels measured at the capacitor banks.

    • A testing system is described. The testing system is adapted to evaluate navigation systems. The testing system includes: a recording system adapted to collect and record signals received and interpreted by a navigation system during field operation; a time-synchronized database adapted to receive and store data representing the signals collected and recorded by the recording system: wherein the stored data is able to be used to test operation of one or more navigation systems under test.
