摘要： A foldable handle for a cook-pot including a bracket attached to the cook-pot, a handle member, a lock member and a bracing link member. The handle member has an upper end portion pivotally connected to the bracket, and opposed first and second sidewalls, each with an upper opening located in the upper end portion of the handle member and a lower opening located in a lower end portion of the handle member. The handle member has a guide channel with a lock member slidably disposed therein for movement between the upper and lower end portions of the handle member. First and second resiliently flexible members each having a projection for removably fitting within corresponding upper and lower openings of the first and second sidewalls. The link member has a first end rotatable retained by th bracket, and a second end rotatably attached to the lock member.

An embodiment of a method includes receiving a plurality of model portfolios, each created by a different portfolio manager and identifying a plurality of assets traded on a stock exchange. A portfolio composition file is created based at least in part on at least a portion of the model portfolios. The portfolio composition file identifies a set of constituent assets traded on the stock exchange. One or more authorized participants are authorized to trade the set of constituent assets for a creation unit of an exchange traded fund. The creation unit includes at least one share that is tradable on the stock exchange by both the authorized participant(s) and the investors.

摘要： A method of attaching a plurality of bristles each having a maximum strain that is less than 8% to a brush to form two spaced apart tufts. The method includes arranging the bristles adjacent and substantially parallel to one another to form a bristle grouping. The bristle grouping is divided longitudinally into an anchor portion flanked on both sides by a tuft portion. The anchor portion is bent in a manner that subjects the bent portion to less than about 8% strain. The bent anchor portion is inserted into and affixed to the bottom of a slot or aperture having an inside surface configured to receive the bent anchor portion of the bristle grouping and guide the tuft portions outwardly from the slot. The portion of the slot above the anchor portion and between the tuft portions may be filled with a material to separate the tuft portions.
