摘要： A defrosting system for defrosting an evaporator assembly is disclosed. The system includes the evaporator assembly, an electrically resistive coating having an electrically insulative matrix and a conductive doping agent disposed on at least one surface of the evaporator assembly, and a plurality of electrical terminals arranged and disposed to supply electricity to the electrically resistive coating. A method for defrosting an evaporator assembly and a coating for heating evaporator assemblies are also disclosed.

摘要： A device attachable to a pair of cross-country skis for grooming a trail in fresh snow simply by skiing the first pass. The purpose of this invention is to create a grooved trail in fresh snow to guide all skiers that follow in the same track. Without this attachment installed on the lead skier's ski, the soft snow on each side of the packed ski track does not help to keep the subsequent skier's ski in the lead skier's track. For them, it is like trying to ski on top of a narrow rail. This creates a situation where the skier must be diligent to stay in the track. With this device installed on the lead skiers ski, the subsequent skiers are guided by the packed snow on the sides of the lead skier's ski track. When skiing in tracks made using this invention, a skier can ski faster and smoother than in untracked snow. Since the compacted track helps guide the skier in the track, it allows the skier to focus on, and enjoy, the surroundings scenery. Another unique characteristic of this invention is its 2-part construction that allows the trail-making portion of the invention to be added and/or removed at any time. This allows the skier to easily change from being the lead skier to being a following skier. Or, if skiing alone, to return without the trail-making attachment, along the track he or she previously made.

摘要： A woven webbing for use in a tiedown or sling for lifting, restraint or other material handling functions. The woven webbing includes a central portion and tubular edges. The central portion has a top surface and an oppositely facing bottom surface. The top surface and bottom surface may be woven in a first pattern for strength and abrasion resistance while remaining flexible. The tubular edges extend from either side of the central portion. The tubular edges may be woven in a second pattern to improve the cut resistance of the tubular edges. The tubular edges have interior cavities which may include twisted floating yarn extending therethrough to enhance the cut resistance of the tubular edges. The tubular edges may include a high modulus yarn material which changes the orientation of the yarn material away from the axial direction of tension when a load is applied to the webbing.

摘要： A child safety seat for use in a vehicle, the safety seat having a base including a rotating mechanism and a seat shell for a child that is detachably connectable to the base. The base is anchorable in the vehicle using either conventional safety belts or LATCH anchoring provisions. The base is configured to allow a conventional three-point occupant restraint to secure the base to the vehicle and to prevent interaction between the seat shell and the restraint belt. The seat shell, when connected to the base, may be rotated about a generally upstanding axis into forward-facing, rearward-facing, or side-facing configurations. The base includes a moveable wedge that allows the base to optimally fit a variety of vehicle seat having different seat cushion inclinations.
