    • The invention provides methods for in vitro generation of a telomerase-immortalized spermatogonial cell line. The invention further provides for the generation of spermatocytes and spermatids from immortalized spermatogonial cells by differentiation in the presence of stem cell factor. This differentiation can occur in the absence of supportive cells. Immortalized spermatogonial cell lines provide powerful tools for elucidating molecular mechanisms of spermatogenesis and for screening and developing compounds which affect spermatogenisis. Furthermore, through genomic modification and transplantation techniques, this male germ cell line can be used to generate transgenic animals and in germ cell gene therapy.

    • The present invention provides a method, device and system for processing short messages. The method includes: receiving a short message sent from a Service Provider (SP); judging whether the short message is packet data of a long short message, if yes, storing the packet data in a memory; transmitting all packet data in turn, according to the order of all packet data, to a Short Message Service Centre (SMSC), when all packet data corresponding to the long short message is stored. The method, device and system provided by the present invention enable a terminal to receive the packet data of the long short message according to the right order, thus improving the operation convenience of a user.
