    • The handle is comprised of a hollow cylindrical body, opened at one end which forms the inflation mouth, and blind at the other end which is terminated by a threaded element forming the first fixing point, and provided with orifices through which the air can enter. The threaded end is engaged into the mouth of the balloon till it reaches, inside, the other end of the balloon. The neck is stretched appropriately so that it is fixed and held in position due to the elastic pressure of the material which forms the second fixing means. The threaded plug is applied externally in order to maintain it fixed. Elements are introduced inside the deflated balloon, and they can rotate freely on the internal surface of the balloon, thereby producing various sound effects: rattle, drum, squeak, depending on the physical and dimensional characteristics of said elements. When inflating the balloon, the latter and its handle are introduced inside a cylindrical band held by the air pressure. On said band-showcard is printed the decoration or appropriate advertising signs. In order to avoid the escape of gas, a plug is fitted. The balloon is inflated indirectly by the mouth, the air penetrating through the orifices, since the other extremity of the handle is closed. In the upper part of the threaded plug there is provided a notch which can receive a small showcard.
