    • A lubrication system includes a lubricator 1 and a blockage removal unit 3. The blockage removal unit includes an air compressor 31 and a box 32. The box includes multiple air inlets (321 Fig. 3) and multiple oil paths 322. A check valve 33 is connected between each air inlet and each oil path. Each oil path includes a first end connected to lubricator, and a second end of each oil path includes an oil outlet (323 Fig.4). The arrangement may include a blockage detection unit 2 that has blockage detectors 23 and an associated processor 24 that judges whether a blockage has occurred, and if so, activates the blockage removal unit. The detection unit may include a volume distributor 22 with multiple valve heads 222 within a case 220. The valve heads may include a rod (2221 Fig. 6) which moves in and out of a chamber 221, and the frequency of movement indicates if a blockage has occurred and is detected by the blockage detectors. When the blockage is acknowledged, the blockage removal unit removes the blockage immediately without shutting down the machine, by introducing high-pressure air from the air compressor into the oil path to push the blockage away. The check valve ensures that lubricating oil does not flow back into the air compressor.

    • A lubrication system has at least one of a blockage detection unit 2 or a blockage removal unit 3, and at least one unit connects to a lubricator 1. The blockage detection unit has an oil supply conduit 21 that branches to several chambers 221 within a flow distributor 22, with each chamber connected to a valve head 222 that may include an extending and retracting pin (2221 Fig. 6). Each valve head is associated with a blockage detector 23 connected to a processor 24, and in use, the blockage detector may monitor movement of the pin and the processor monitors the blockage detector to detect if a blockage has occurred. The blockage removal unit includes a compressor 31 connected to a housing 32 that includes multiple oil supply paths 322 that each have an oil supply conduit and an oil delivery conduit (323 Fig. 4). The compressor has multiple outlets that provide individual air inlets (321 Fig. 3) to each oil supply path via a check valve 33. The blockage removal unit is in communication with the blockage detection processor, for example by wired or wireless connection, and when a blockage is detected the processor controls valves in the air compressor so that high-pressure air is introduced to the blocked oil path to clear the blockage.
