摘要： Improved methods and apparatuses for treatment of incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse are provided. A neo ligament for increasing the supportive function of the tissues supporting the urethra, bladder neck, or rectum is disclosed. Methods of using such a neoligament to treat incontinence are disclosed. Additionally, a self tensioning elastic tissue bolster for support of the tissues that support the urethra, rectum, and bladder neck are disclosed. A method of treating incontinence by injecting proliferative agents into supportive structures is disclosed. Methods and apparatus for transvaginal and transperitieai pelvic floor bolster treatment of incontinence and bladder pillar systems are also disclosed.

摘要： 291,231. Schroeter, J. F. May 27, 1927. Guillotine machines. - In a paper cutting machine the clamp is actuated by a rack and pinion through a crank-operated telescopic pitman. The knife 6 is reciprocated from a crank on a shaft 10. The clamp 5 carries racks 12 engaging a gear 13 on a shaft 14. A chain 16 allows of floor actuation. A crank 25 is secured to a head 37 carrying spiral racks 38 engaging a spiral gear 39 rotatable in one direction in an adjustable brake sleeve 41 pivoted to loose arms 28. The arms 28 can engage extensions 32 of the gear 13. On the up-stroke of the crank 25 the clamp 5 is lowered on to the pile and the gear 39 then turns to shorten the link 26. On the downstroke the gear 39 turns idly. A spring- pressed toggle lifts the clamps. In a modification spiral shafts drive the gear 39 through a ratchet and the sleeve 41 has a conical bore.

摘要： In accordance with the teachings of the present invention, a system and method for bit stream compatible local link encryption are provided. In particular embodiments of the present invention, the method includes generating a random number stream using an active line count of a frame of video as an input to a first random number generator in a playback server; encrypting data at the playback server based upon a first deterministic mapping between the first random number stream and the data, wherein the first deterministic mapping prevents the generation of prohibited codes; transporting the encrypted data from the playback server to a digital video projector; generating a second random number stream using the active line count of the frame of video as an input to a second random number generator in the digital video projector; and decrypting the encrypted data at the digital video projector based upon a second deterministic mapping between the second random number stream and the encrypted data.

In particular embodiments of the present invention, the method includes coupling a playback server and a digital video projector with a DVI link; placing an ancillary data packet of link encryption metadata in a false line of video in an active area of a frame of video at the playback server, a remainder of the active area comprising true lines of video; transmitting the ancillary data packet from the playback server to a digital video projector through the DVI link; extracting the ancillary data packet from the frame of video at the digital video projector; and displaying the remainder of the active area of the frame of video at the digital video projector.
