    • The present invention relates to a wave-dissipating block comprising: a body which is placed on a seabed in a vertical direction and which is in the shape of a polygonal column, a cylinder, an oval column, a cross column and the like; male coupling protrusions respectively provided on a side surface of the body in a height direction and on the other surface facing same; female coupling grooves respectively provided on the side surface of the body in the height direction and on the other surface thereof facing same, and provided in a shape corresponding to the male coupling protrusion; a habitat part formed as a space provided in a center portion of the body or a portion of the body so as to enable seawater to pass therethrough or remain therein, thereby having a fish and shellfish habitat and wave-dissipating function; a partition provided as a plate for separating the habitat part, so as to provide structural stability to the body and provide a habitat environment for fish and shellfish; a through-hole formed at the partition so as to connect the habitat parts so that the habitat parts can communicate with each other, thereby enabling the movement of fish and shellfish and the flow of the seawater; and a space part, which forms the space between the plurality of bodies connected adjacently to each other, so as to enable the seawater to pass therethrough or stay therein, thereby having the fish and shellfish habitat and wave-dissipating function, wherein a plurality of insertion protrusions are provided on the outer surface of the body or the inner surface of the body for dividing the habitat part, and insertion grooves are formed between the plurality of insertion protrusions, and the male coupling protrusion is inserted into the female coupling groove so that the wave-dissipating blocks can be extended in the horizontal and vertical directions on the seabed.

    • An apparatus aiding body balance according to the present invention comprises: a support portion placed on the ground; a foothold portion having one end rotatably coupled to one end of the support portion; and an inclination adjustment portion having one end rotatably provided on the other end of the foothold portion and the other end supported by the support portion, and thus enabling the adjustment of the angle between the foothold portion and the support portion. According to the apparatus aiding body balance according to the present invention, the angle between the foothold portion and the support portion may selectively be adjusted by means of the inclination adjustment portion, and thus the intensity of body balance exercise may be controlled in accordance with the inclination of the foothold portion, enhancing the use efficiency. An anti-slip portion is provided and a stopper protrusion is formed on one side of a foothold frame, and thus the feet may stably be supported without slipping on the inclined foothold portion. The foothold portion, support portion and inclination adjustment portion are provided so as to rotate with respect to each other, and thus the apparatus aiding body balance may be folded into a flat shape, and a plurality of apparatuses aiding body balance may be coupled to each other. Therefore, the apparatus aiding body balance may be stored easily when not in use and exhibits enhanced space utilization.

    • Disclosed is a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system including a transmitting end and a receiving end, wherein the transmitting end includes: a hierarchical codebook in which at least one base codebook is designated as the upper matrix and a child codebook generated based on a chordal distance between respective codewords configuring the base codebook is designated as the lower matrix; a scheduler configured to receive channel state information from the receiving end and select precoding matrices from the hierarchical codebook based on the channel state information; and a precoder configured to apply the precoding matrices selected in the scheduler to data to be transmitted to the receiving end and transmit the selected precoding matrices through a plurality of antennas.
