摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of authenticating a terminals before a transponder transmits data to the terminal having need for communication.SOLUTION: The method is provided for authenticating the terminal for generating a magnetic field by the transponder including an oscillator for generating a voltage. In the method, at least one value decided by coupling between the transponder and the terminal is compared with at least one reference value, and the terminal is authenticated based on the comparison results. Specifically, the value of voltage generated by the oscillator corresponding to at least one value is measured, and the measured value is compared with the reference value decided by the voltage generated by the oscillator for an optimum coupling coefficient of the coupling between the transponder and the terminal.
