摘要：この遠心式血液ポンプ装置は、血液室(7)内に設けられたインペラ(10)と、モータ室(8)内に設けられ、隔壁(6)を介してインペラ(10)を回転駆動させる複数のコイル(20)とを備える。複数のコイル(20)の外周を囲むように帯状のフレキシブル基板(23)を配置し、複数のコイル(20)とコネクタ(24)にフレキシブル基板(23)を接続する。外部からコネクタ(24)およびフレキシブル基板(23)を介して複数のコイル(20)に駆動電圧(VV,VU,VW)を供給する。したがって、組立て作業性、生産性、信頼性が高くなる。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal pump device having high support stiffness of an impeller. SOLUTION: In a centrifugal blood pump device, permanent magnets 15a, 15b are provided to one surface of an impeller 10, permanent magnets 16a, 16b are provided to an inner wall of a blood chamber 7, permanent magnets 50 are provided to another surface of the impeller 10, permanent magnets 51 and a rotor 52 which rotationally drive the impeller 10 through the partition wall 6 are provided, and dynamic pressure grooves 21, 22 are formed on inner walls of the partition wall 6 opposing to the impeller 10 and the inner wall of the blood chamber 7. Amount ΔF1 of variation in attraction force F1 between the permanent magnets 15a, 15b and the permanent magnets 16a, 16b and amount ΔF2 of variation in the attraction force F2 between the permanent magnets 50, 51, the variations being those which occur when the impeller 10 is eccentrically located, are made to be substantially agree with each other. Accordingly, a floating position of the impeller 10 can be always maintained at substantially a center within a housing 2, mechanical contact of the impeller 10 and the housing 2 can be reduced, and occurrence of erythrocytolysis and thrombus can be prevented. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, centrifugal type pump apparatus smoothly activating an impeller to rotate. SOLUTION: The centrifugal type blood pump apparatus is equipped with the impeller 10 provided in a blood chamber 7, a permanent magnet 15 provided on one surface of the impeller 10, a permanent magnet 16 provided on the inner wall of the blood chamber 7, a permanent magnet 17 provided on the other surface of the impeller 10, a magnetic body 18 and a coil 20 provided in a motor chamber 8 for driving the impeller 10 to rotate through a partition wall 6, and a comparison operation part 31 for obtaining a position of the impeller 10 from information indicating a coil voltage, a coil current, and the number of revolutions of the impeller 10. Dynamic pressure grooves 21, 22 are respectively formed on the partition wall 6 facing the impeller 10 and the inner wall of the blood chamber 7. 摘要： In order to produce a pulsatile blood flow pattern that includes time periods of relatively high blood flow rates and time periods of relatively low blood flow rates, the operating speed of a blood pump can be selectively controlled to produce an operating speed pattern that includes time periods of relatively high rotation speeds and periods of relatively low rotation speeds. For example, the blood pump is rotated at a first speed for a first period of time. The speed of the blood pump is then decreased from the first speed to a second speed and is operated at the second speed for a second amount of time. The speed of the blood pump is then decreased to a third speed for a third amount of time. If desired, the operating speed pattern can be repeated to continue the pulsatile blood flow pattern.
