    • PURPOSE: To provide a heat-sealing device which can prevent wrinkles and cracks from generating by a method wherein a heat-sealing roll is driven while being interlinked with a lower sealing roll, and by doing so, a tension which is applied to a cover film through the heat-sealing roll is reduced. CONSTITUTION: For a heat-sealing device 1, after filling an article in a pocket which is formed on a container film, a cover film f2 made of a thermoplastic resin is placed on the top of the container film f1 , and both films are pinched with a lower sealing roll 2 which is driven at a speed corresponding with the feeding speed of the container film, and a heat-sealing roll 4, and are thermally bonded. The heat-sealing roll is rotatably attached to a turnable supporting member 3, and the supporting member is displaced in the direction wherein the heat-sealing roll is pressed to the lower sealing roll. The heat-sealing roll is connected through a transmission device, to a driving source which is interlinked with the rotation of the lower sealing roll.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent air from leading through an air chamber over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A connecting shaft 36, which is mounted to the lower edge face of a piston rod 20, passes through an inserting hole 39 formed on the top surface of a top mold 6 so as to project in an air chamber 10 constituted in the top mold 6. Into a mounting groove 42, which is provided around the upper side peripheral edge of the inserting hole 39, an annular rubber sealing member 43 fitted under the condition that its top surface side is projected beyond the groove. At the outer periphery at the lower edge part of the piston rod 20, an annular closely contacting part 44 is formed. When the piston rod 20 advances, the lower face of the closely contacting part 44 abuts against the top surface of the sealing member 43 so as to crush the member 4, resulting in bringing the closely contacting part into close contact over its whole periphery with the member 4, resulting in preventing air from leaking through the inserting hole 39, when pressurized air is supplied to the air chamber 10.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the wasteful use of lid film by rendering lid film feed pitch smaller than conveyor feed pitch, minimizing the former to such degree as to permit the lid to be stamped out and placing the same on a container after stamping. CONSTITUTION:A chain 3 of a conveyor 2 is sent intermittently at pitch P1. A container (r) placed in a bucket 5 upstream and packet with articles is sent to a stamping position (A). Feed rollers 31 and 32 for feeding lid film (f) are disposed in a position downstream of the stamping position A and rotated in synchronism with the operation of the chain 3. The angle for an intermittent rotation is set at such a value that clearance g1 between holes formed in the lid film is minimized or the intermittent feed pitch P2 of the lid film (f) is P2=D+g1 (D is the diameter of lid) and less than P1. Upon stopping the lid film (f), a cylinder 16 is placed into operation to force down a punch 21 to cut out the lid. A cylinder 26 comes into operation to downwardly move a push plate 27, whereby the lid is brought in alignment with the container (r) and then dropped thereonto. The cylinders 26 and 16 are then brought back into the original condition and a chain 2 is sent by pitch P1 and the lid film (f) by pitch P2.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the conveyance speed of a conveyor to a level adequate for visual inspection, by selectively transfer wrapping sheets to slow them down. CONSTITUTION:A distribution conveyor 2, which constitutes a conveyor 1 together with a slow conveyors 6 for inspection, comprises main conveyors 20, 20a, accessory conveyors 30, 30a at both sides of the main conveyors and rotary transfer mechanisms 40, 40a. Chucks 48, 48' are provided on mount plates 46, which are attached to the rotary members 43 of the mechanism 40, 40a so that the plates can be moved up and down. End face cams 49 protruded downward at the side of the accessory conveyors 30, 30a push down th claws 482 of the chucks 48, 48' to open them. In a position B, every other wrapping sheet (m) on the main conveyors 20, 20a is grabbed by the chuck 48 or 48'. The grabbed wrapping sheet is then lifted while it is rotated, so that the sheet is put on the rest plate 36 of the accessory conveyor 30 or 30a and displaced toward the center. The displaced sheets (m) are there-after put in a straight line on the slow conveyor 6.
