摘要： @ A cutting apparatus cuts a plate such as a corrugated cardboard or a steed plate into a predetermined size with a knife cylinder and includes a knife cylinder driver for controlling rotation speed of the knife cylinders by motors. The apparatus includes a speed compensator for producing a torque command signal so that there is no difference between a command rotating speed and a detected motor speed and a plurality of motor torque control device including a torque compensator for producing a motor command signal by proportional control so that there is no difference between the torque command signal from the speed compensator and a torque detecting signal, power amplifiers composed of transistors and which amplify the motor command signal from the torque compensator to produce a motor applied voltage and motors, particularly brushless motors controlled by the motor applied voltage from the power amplifiers, whereby transistor type power amplifiers having excellent response of speed can be used, the cutting accuracy and high speed cutting performance for the plate can be improved, and the proportional control is adopted to the torque compensator so that the dispersion of load to the motors is miminized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely remove an inferior sheet, by providing an inferior sheet removing device for corrugated cardboards with a conveyor for singling sheets, a transfer conveyor which swings vertically about the upstream end thereof, and a stopper for selectively stopping the sheets. CONSTITUTION:Sheets 3 which have been cut by a cut-off device 2, is transferred to a stacker section 8 through conveyors 6, 7 after being singled by a singling conveyor 5, and are fed out after being stacked up on an elevating table 9 upto a predetermined amount. When the operator finds out a group of inferior sheets, a push button is depressed upon arrival of the trailing end of the frontmost sheet at the position of a stopper 12 so that a solenoid valve 15 is energized by means of a control board 21 to extend an air cylinder 13, and therefore the stopper 12 swings to grip the frontmost sheet of the inferior sheet group. Simultaneously, a motor stops to rest the conveyor 5 while motors 17, 18 rotate at a high speed to discharge out the inferior sheet group. At this time, when the above-mentioned button is depressed to retract the cylinder 11, the conveyor 6 is swung down to discharge the inferior sheet group.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically detect the abnormality of the posture of a corrugated board piece, by mounting at least two or more of optical pickups, a feed speed signal generator and an operator. CONSTITUTION:A gap is provided between a corrugated board piece 1a and optical detection pickups 14 and reflected light is received during the passage of the board piece 1a but is not received when said board piece 1a is detached. When the board piece 1a obliquely runs, said board piece 1a is not detected from voltage VN when a switch was tuned ON upon the detection of the board piece 1a and the timing changed over to voltage VF, when the switch was turned OFF, is shifted to generate time differences DELTAt1, DELTAt2 which are, in turn, detected by the pickups 14. These time differences correspond to the inclination quantity of the board piece 1a. The inclination quantity tan theta (angle theta of inclination) is obtained by a formula V.DELTAt/B (wherein V is the running speed of the board piece 1a and B is the installation interval of the pickups 14). Next, when calculation is carried out by an arithmetic unit 16, the output signal confirming the oblique running state of the board piece 1a can be taken out. Subsequently, this signal is transmitted to a posture control apparatus or an abnormal paper discharge apparatus to receive processing.
