摘要： A locking roller assembly includes a housing adapted for mounting to an article of furniture. A wheel is rotatably mounted to the housing via a mounting arrangement that accommodates relative vertical movement between the wheel and the housing. The wheel is mounted to an axle, which in turn is secured to an axle carrier. A biasing member, such as a spring, is engaged between the housing and the axle carrier to bias the housing toward a raised position. When a load is applied to the article of furniture, the spring is compressed to as to allow the housing to move vertically downward toward the wheel. The housing includes an engagement surface that engages the wheel when the load is applied and the housing is moved downwardly, to prevent rotation of the wheel and to thereby prevent movement of the article of furniture.

The receptacles (110) face at least partially downwardly, and are accessible through an access opening. The cables (120) extend from electrical equipment supported by a worksurface adjacent the wall assembly (20), and the excess portion of the cable (120) hangs downwardly from the receptacle (110) to efficiently and conveniently store the excess cable. Preferably, a portion of the receptacle (110) faces the access opening to provide visibility of the receptacle (110) when connecting a cable (120) thereto.

摘要： A non-progressive wall system (1) is composed of versatile and interchangeable panels (3) and other components. The wall system panels may be opaque (5) or transparent (7). The panels comprise superstructures that are pivotable about base assemblies. In the vertical attitude, the tops of the superstructures are releasably coupled to ceiling rails by upper glide assemblies. The panels are rigidly interconnected to each other by panel connectors that slide within the superstructures between storage and installed positions. The wall system further comprises corner posts that provide two, three, or four way junctions for the panels. A door module may be installed at any desired location in the wall system. Decorative covers over the working parts provide a neat and attractive appearance.

摘要： A student desk includes a base that supports a seat and a worksurface. The base includes transverse front and rear base members, with a central base member extending therebetween. A worksurface support and a seat support are mounted to and extend upwardly from the base, and the worksurface and seat are mounted to the worksurface and seat supports, respectively, so as to be adjustable in elevation. Casters are mounted to the front and rear transverse base members to facilitate movement of the desk on a support surface such as a floor. Certain of the casters may be constructed so as to lock in position when the desk is occupied.
