摘要： An apparatus for certifying handwriting takes thereinto handwriting data comprising an image and a writing pressure at every sampling time using a charge coupled device camera (14) and a stress sensor (23), extracts five certification factors such as a movement vector, a writing speed, a pen holding inclination angle and a distribution ratio of black/white dots from the handwriting data, records the extracted certification factors as standard data for an individual, and stores the standard data in a data base (4), when a recordation mode is selected. The apparatus takes into a handwriting data using the charge coupled device camera (14) and the stress sensor (23), extracts five certification factors from the handwriting data, and performs certification of the handwriting by comparing the extracted certification factors with the standard data stored in the data base (4), when a certification mode is selected.
