    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide longer service for a heat exchanger which performs heat exchange without impairing the inherent performance of an industrial combustion device. SOLUTION: In the industrial combustion device 1 having a housing 3 fixed to a furnace body 2, combustion air is introduced from an inlet 8 into the housing and the combustion air introduced into the housing is made to pass through a first passage 7B for the heat exchanger 7. Then, the combustion air passing through the first passage 7B for the heat exchanger 7 is introduced through an introduction passage 6 to a nozzle 4 to allow the combustion of a fuel in a combustion chamber by a combustor 5. Exhaust gas produced in the combustion chamber 10 after the combustion flows in a second passage 7A for heating the combustion air passing through the first passage 7B. The exhaust gas is exhausted from an outlet 9 to the outside after heat exchange.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrate burner which is provided at the top part of a reaction tower of a self-melting smelting furnace and is able to reduce the difference in the local ratios of concentrate to a reaction gas. SOLUTION: The concentrate burner has a concentrate chute 1, a reaction gas feeding tube 2 provided at the outer peripheral part of the concentrate chute 1, a burner cone 3 whose upper end 3a is connected to the lower end 2a of the reaction gas feeding tube 2, a blasting speed adjuster 4 movable in the vertical direction against the concentrate chute 1, and an auxiliary fuel burner 5 provided in the concentrate chute 1. Further, in the burner cone 3, a couple of measuring holes provided at the opposed positions is equipped at each of three positions different in the vertical direction so that the distribution state of the concentrate and the reaction gas can be detected at each horizontal plane. In the auxiliary fuel burner 5, a center core control device is provided, and the auxiliary fuel burner 5 is moved in the horizontal direction in the concentrate chute 1 according to the detected result for the distribution state, and thereby, the combustion of the concentrate is made uniform.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for heating a furnace which can suppress suspended matters in the furnace from attaching to the inner surface of a portion where a flame passing space is formed or to the end portion of a burner body, where gas is injected. SOLUTION: A burner body M coaxially provided with an inner tube 3 and an outer tube 4 is disposed being positioned more outer side of the furnace than the inner surface of a furnace wall 34. Further, there is provided a portion H for forming a flame passing space 14 having a shape that broadens as it goes to the end, between the outer periphery of the gas injecting end portion of the body M and the wall 34. Either one of an inner injection passage 6 and an outer injection passage 8 injects a fuel gas while the other injects a gas containing oxygen for combustion. The outer peripheral portion of the passage 8 is provided with an injection port 13 for injecting a gas containing secondary oxygen for combustion to an outer peripheral space 15 of a flame base, which is made between the base portion of a flame F formed by the body M and the inner surface of the portion H, so that the air in the furnace is suppressed from flowing into the space 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the combusting section from inclining during transportation or installation by standing a member for supporting the front side of the combusting section having a burner on the bottom wall plate of an outer case thereby forming a lightweight outer case inexpensively. SOLUTION: A supporting member 25 is stood between the lower end corner part on the front side of a burner case 3, i.e., a combusting section contained in an outer case 2, and the front end part of the bottom wall plate 10 thereof. The supporting member 25 is coupled, at the lower end part 26 thereof, to a coupling part 27 formed on the bottom wall plate 10 by means of screws 28. The supporting member 25 abuts, at the upper end part 29 thereof, against the lower end corner part on the front side of the burner case 3. The supporting member 25 comprises a supporting rod part 30 extending vertically, a first horizontal abutting part 31 formed at the upper end part 29 of the supporting rod part 30, and a second abutting part 32 raised from the forward edge of the first abutting part 31, all of which are formed by bending a band metal plate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the slide resistance of a radiant tube on the bung side by supporting a burner or a recuperater main body through a rotating body on the furnace shell protruding side of a radiant tube of a heat treatment furnace, and combining the section going through the furnace wall of the burner or the recuperater with a flexible combining body. SOLUTION: A resistance is eliminated by adopting a flexible combining body (bellows made of fabric) 4, and in order to reduce the deforming resistance of a connecting tube, the connecting tube is replaced by a flexible tube 5, and the resistance is reduced. For a rotating body (rolling body) 8 between a burner support 6 and a bearing fitting 7 on the bung side, a cylindrical roller is used. For the rolling body 8, article other than the cylindrical roller may be used as long as the slide resistance of which is small, and which can perform a positioning. Since the rolling body 8 is attached to the outside of a burner 82, the environmental condition is comparatively favorable. Even when a seizure occurs on a radiant tube support 11, a radiant tube 1 can freely extend to a burner 2 side. Therefore, a thermal stress is softened, a bending deformation is reduced, and life can be extended.
