摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substrate drying device which is constituted to enable a dried substrate to be stored inside a device even if a following process line is in its stop state and to realize easy maintenance management by lowering the height of a device. SOLUTION: A substrate drying device M has an upper tank part U, a middle tank part C and a lower tank part B. A heating chamber 21 is formed in the middle tank part B and a drying part conveyor 5 is arranged passing through the heating chamber 21. A wafer W which is held by a hanger 13 and whereto liquid-like resist is applied is mounted on a drying part conveyor 5 and is carried. A return conveyor 3 for returning and carrying the hanger 13 wherefrom the wafer W is removed is arranged in the upper tank part U. A buffer conveyor 7 for storing the dried wafer W when a following process line is in its stop state and a heater 22 for blowing of hot wind to the heating chamber 21 are arranged in the lower tank part B.

摘要： PURPOSE:To continuously and automatically supply bodies at a high speed by supplying the bodies by means of a body supplying gate and auxiliary belt installed to the front end of a body supplying conveyor at the time of supplying the bodies to the rotating body receivers of a glazing machine. CONSTITUTION:The bodies 3 carried by the body supplying conveyor 1 are delivered by each piece onto the auxiliary belt 14 provided successively at the front end 11 of the conveyor 1 by opening and closing of the body supplying gate 12. The front end 15 of the belt 14 is brought near to the receivers 21 of the glazing machine 2 and the bodies 3 are carried in the direction of the front end 15 while the direction of the front end 15 is aligned to the tangent direction 24 of the rotating motion of the receivers 21; finally, the bodies are delivered from the top of the guide 16 and are received by the horizontally rotating receivers 21. The bodies 3 are accepted in the optimum position on the receivers 21 by synchronizing the opening and closing of the gate 12. Since the speed of the belt 14 is set at the same speed as the peripheral speed of the receivers 21, the bodies 3 are smoothly supplied from the belt 14 into the receivers 21.

The cut bean curd is held with a receiving plate 135 of a dispensing part 13, pushed with a pushing plate 137 and thrusted into a pack P of a delivery conveyor part 15. Bean curd block cut to a unit size is pushed into the pack with the pushing plate by this procedure.
