    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil composition for an internal combustion engine, achieving fuel cost-saving property in an internal combustion engine, in particular, achieving both of fuel cost-saving property and caulking reducing property in a turbo charger in an internal engine mounting a turbo charger. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil composition for an internal combustion engine comprises a mineral oil-based base oil having kinematic viscosity of 3.5 to 4.0 mm 2 /s at 100°C, a viscosity index of not less than 130 and an aromatic content of less than 1.0 mass%, and contains therein (A) a poly-α-olefin having kinematic viscosity of 30 to 60 mm 2 /s at 100°C, (B) an ester compound, (C) an organic molybdenum compound by 0.03 to 0.12 mass% in terms of a molybdenum content, (D) a metal-based cleaning agent having a base number of 250 to 500 mgKOH/g, (E) a succinic acid imide containing no boron, and (F) a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate by 0.05 to 0.058 mass% in terms of a phosphorus content.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil composition that achieves antioxidation, base number retention property, high-temperature cleaning property and resistance to NOx at a high level in good balance, has excellent resistance, especially to NOx and realizes a high level of long-draining property in lubricating oil application such as for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil composition comprises a first lubricant base oil having a total aromatic content of 20-100 mass% and a viscosity index of 50-120, a second lubricant base oil having a total aromatic content of ≤10 mass% and a polycyclic aromatic content of ≤0.5 mass%, an organic molybdenum compound containing no sulfur as a constituent element, and a metallic cleaning agent, wherein the ratio of the first lubricant base oil in the total of the first and the second lubricant base oils is ≥1 mass%, a sulfur content in a mixture of the first and the second lubricant base oils is ≤0.6 mass%, and the mass ratio (M/Mo) between a metal (M) contained in the metallic cleaning agent and a molybdenum (Mo) contained in the molybdenum compound is 2-100.
