    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a necessary feeding oil quantity, and prevent lubricating failure of a slidingly movable part by preventing the vicinity of an oil feeding pump suction port from being put in a low pressure condition when an oil storage part is agitated, and effectively generating a mixed liquid of a refrigerator oil and a liquid refrigerant even when a liquid refrigerant quantity entering a compressor vessel is much. SOLUTION: A shielding plate 6 is arranged between an oil feeding pump suction port 3a and an agitating means 5, and the vicinity of the oil feeding pump suction port 3a is shielded from a rotary flow by the agitating means 5, and an inflow port 6b from which a mixed liquid on the agitating means 5 side can flows in the oil feeding pump suction port 3a side is provided. A through port to smoothly pass upper and lower liquids of a compressing means 2 and a flow guiding plate are provided. A second agitating means is provided in an upper space of the compressing means 2. A bypass passage is provided to connect an upper layer part and a bottom part of an oil storage part to each other.

    • PURPOSE: To provide the subject implement having a bottomed tube capable of receiving a specimen, a thermoplastic resin tube communicating with the opening part of the bottomed tube, and a sealing member capable of shutting the communication, having a culture medium in the bottomed tube, and capable of aseptically picking the specimen. CONSTITUTION: A rubber stopper 30 is fit into the opening part 21 of a bottomed tube 20 capable of receiving a specimen, and a covering member 80 is applied to the area ranging from the outer surface of the rubber stopper 30 to the opening part 21. The base end 52 of a thermoplastic resin tube 50 communicating with the opening part 21 of the bottomed tube 20 is connected to the rubber stopper 30 through a sealing member 40 capable of shutting the communication of the bottomed tube 20 with the tube 50. A filter 60 permitting the passage of gases but not permitting the passage of microorganisms is attached to the tip 51 of the tube 50, and a culture medium 70 is received in the inner cavity of the bottomed tube 20 in an aseptic state. Thus, the objective implement 1A for examining the microorganisms is obtained. The implement 1A can aseptically pick a specimen such as blood by a method comprising connecting the tube 50 to a bag receiving the specimen and subsequently shutting the sealing member 40 to introduce the specimen into the bottomed tube 20.
