CONSTITUTION:The edible part of the meat of fish, shellfish, animal, etc. is optionally added with a binder, a seasoning, etc., and formed in a cylindrical form to obtain a frozen block 4, which is rotated and shaved along the circumference to produce a continuous sheet web 8a.     • PURPOSE:To perform fuel injection timing control of 8-cylinder engine correctly by employing an injection timing controller for 6-cylinder engine and averaging the control output over more than one rotation of engine. CONSTITUTION:In order to detect rotation of 8-cylinder Diesel engine 1, a rotary pulser 2 for 6-cylinder engine planted with six pins is employed while in order to detect the injection timing phase angle of an injection pump 5 an injection timing pulser 7 planted with six projections is employed. Then pulse signal produced from a rotary sensor 3 through rotation of rotary pulser 2 is provided to a microcomputer 11 where three pulse signals to be fed for every rotation are average with pulse signal interval DELTAT. Thereafter injection timing angle DELTAtheta is obtained from said average and compared with optimal injection timing angle DELTAtheta0 stored in a memory 14 and the result is employed to control a fuel injection angle controller 9 through a hydraulic control valve 17.

    • PURPOSE:To securely prevent overspeed even with the existance of dispersion in the magnetic force and air gap, by delaying the ignition timing of a magnetic generator for an internal combustion engine through a capacitor which is charged by inverse half-wave when operating at high speed. CONSTITUTION:When the number of revolution of a rotor exceeds its normal number of revolution in accordance with the number of revolution of an engine, since the time constant of a discharging circuit consisting of a capacitor 3 and resistances 19, 20 is sufficiently great in the positive half cycle of the induced voltage of an ignition coil 1, a trigger current continues to flow even during the period of the positive half cycle in accordance with its discharging time constant, and a thyristor 17 maintains on condition. Therefore, a capacitor 18 is charged with positive voltage, and connected to the base of a transistor 11 so that its capacity may be increased in addition, and the total charging-circuit time constant is increased, delaying the ignition timing. Thereby the overspeed can be securely prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the suction efficiency of an engine in its wide running range, by changing the effective length of a resonance passage provided in the exhaust manifold, depending on the running condition of the engine, to efficiently use the effect of exhaust inertia. CONSTITUTION:In an embodiment for a six-cylinder diesel engine 1, resonance pipes 5a, 5b are provided between an exhaust inlet pipe 4 having a branching part at the butt and a first and a second manifolds 2a, 2b provided for the group of first, second and third cylinders and the other group of fourth, fifth and sixth cylinders. A short-circuited vessel 6 having a short-circuited chamber for connecting the resonance pipes 5a, 5b to each other in a short-circuited manner is provided in the halfway of the pipes. The vessel 6 is located in such a position that the exhaust inertia effects of the resonance pipes 5a, 5b upstream to the vessel causes tuning with each other in the rapid rotation range of the engine 1. A shutoff valve 7 is provided in the short-circuited vessel 6. When the engine 1 is rotating rapidly, the valve 7 is opened to reduce the effective length of the resonance passages to improve the suction efficiency.
