    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet absorbing film having excellent productivity, giving excellent transparent feeling even by shielding the light of 410 nm wavelength and having excellent transparency in the visible range and to provide a filter for a plasma display panel produced by using the film, and having excellent degradation preventing performance of an infrared absorbing colorant and excellent adhesiveness to an infrared absorbing layer and a hard-coat layer. SOLUTION: The invention provides an ultraviolet absorbing film containing a fluorescent brightener and an ultraviolet absorber and having a light transmittance of ≤30% at 410 nm wavelength and ≥70% at 430 nm wavelength. Preferably, the ultraviolet absorber is a benzotriazole compound or a cyclic imino-ester compound, and the fluorescent brightener is a compound expressed by general formula (I) (in the formula, R 1 and R 4 are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like; R 2 and R 3 are each an alkyl group; and [A] is a substituted aryl group or a substituted ethenyl group).     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can prevent image deformation caused by overlapped dots with short recording time. SOLUTION: An organic pigment solvent dissolved in an aqueous solvent is caused to pass through a channel as a laminar flow. In the laminar flow process, droplets including organic pigment fine particles generated in the process of changing the hydrogen-ion exponent of the solution are discharged, thereby forming a first dot 102 and a second dot 112 so that they are overlapped with each other. First, an ink droplet 100 having a diameter D1a which forms the first dot 102 is discharged. When a predetermined time is elapsed, the ink droplet 100 is permeated into the recording paper, and the diameter on the recording paper surface becomes D1b. When the ink droplet 110 which forms the second dot 112 is discharged in this state, the ink droplet 100 and the ink droplet 110 are not mixed with each other. Moreover, mixture of the inks does not occur also in the recording paper since ink permeated into the recording paper is retained in an image receiving layer in the recording paper.
