    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply water whose temperature is lower than an ambient temperature without a significant increase in manufacturing cost and an increase in a size of a device.SOLUTION: The temperature controller 1 includes a heat exchanger 4 which cools water W recovered from a supply object, a blower fan 5 which blows air to the heat exchanger 4, a control part 9 which controls an operation state of the fan 5, and supplies the water W, whose temperature is regulated within a target temperature range, to the supply object. The temperature controller includes: a water storage tank 2 which can store the water W whose cooling is completed by the heat exchanger 4; a temperature sensor 8b which detects a temperature of the water W supplied from the water storage tank 2 to the supply object; and a solenoid valve 6 which is arranged on a water feed pipe 24 for feeding water (tap water) whose temperature is lower than the target temperature range to the water storage tank 2. The control part 9 regulates the temperature of the water W supplied to the supply object within the target temperature range by controlling the solenoid valve 6 and feeding the tap water to the water storage tank 2 when a temperature higher than the target temperature range is detected by the sensor 8b while the fan 5 is operated at a previously defined rotation speed.
