摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the accurate correction of an unbalance rate in a rotor by setting the squareness of both end surfaces of a pipe at a specific value, in a construction where the pipe for deciding the position of a bearing is assembled to a rotor shaft. CONSTITUTION:In a turbocharger T, a rotor shaft 6 is supported rotatably in a centerhousing 3 by bearings 8, 9, while a pipe 7 is pressure-fitted around the rotor shaft 6 at its both end parts of the pipe 7 between the bearings 8, 9. The rotor shaft 6 is made of a metal, and is provided a recess except the pressure-fitted part of the pipe 7, while a space 13 is formed between the rotor shaft 6 and the pipe 7. In a construction like this, the squareness of both end surfaces of the pipe 7 is set less than 0.1%, whether such a space 13 is present or not. It is thus possible to correct accurately an unbalance rate of a rotor in a state where bearing inner wheels 8a, 9a and the pipe 7 are assembled to the rotor shaft 6.

The injection device A is received in the protector P in a hermetically closed state at the supply time of a product to be protected and, in use, the product is opened and the injection device A can be taken out. After use, the injection device is received in the protector so as to turn the medical needle 2 forwardly to make it possible to house the whole.

CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating casing 1 having a heat insulating door 2 mounted to the front surface thereof has a container space 1a having a required size receiving an inner container 3 and is equipped, for example, with a heater 4 on the ceiling wall thereof. For example, the inner container 3 has a cup-shaped outside container 3a made of stainless steel and an inside container 3b made of a stainless steel net and a medical tube made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin equipped with a used medical needle is received in the inside container 3b of the inner container 3. The medical tube made of the thermoplastic synthetic resin is heated and melted by supplying a current to the heater 4 and, after cooling, the door 2 is opened to take out the medical tube. The synthetic resin being the material of the tube is leaked from the inside container 3b made of the net to be solidified in a disc shape on the bottom part of the outside container 3a. The solidified synthetic resin can be separated and the medical needle is left in the inside container 3b.
