摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the place, onto which clinker sinters, by a structure wherein the flame guide tube of a burner is made longer so that its front end is extended to the vicinity of the inner wall of a furnace and at the same time an inserting hole arranged on a furnace wall is also made cylindrical in response to said extended flame guide tube. CONSTITUTION:The front end 7' of a long flame gude tube 7 is designed to be nearly flush with the inner wall surface of a furnace, when the tube 7 is inserted in a cylindrcal inserting hole 4 bored on a furnace wall, in order for the whole flames to be directly injected in a furnace from the guide tube 7 without contacting with the inner wall surface of the furnace, when a burner is ignited. When material to be treated is fed onto a hearth 3 and then the burner is ignited while a rotary agitating device 2 coupled with a rotary shaft pipe 8 being put into actuation, the whole flames developed by jetting from a nozzle 6 are injected in the furnace by being guided with the guide tube 7 without contacting with the furnace wall surface. In this case, because no place, at which clinker develops and onto with the clinker sinters, exists on the inner wall surface of the furnace, the burner can be effectively operated in the furnace over a long period of time.
