    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent drainage structure for holding the connection section between an electrode for igniting an oil burner and a high voltage cable, which insulator is capable of preventing a connection section from suffering from bad insulation or spark occurring to condensed and staying water droplets. SOLUTION: A bushing 1 comprises, in the same fashion as in a prior art example, a tubular section 1a and a head section 1b and includes a through-hole 1c for an electrode 18 for generating a spark penetrating the tubular section 1a and the head section 1b. The surface of the head section 1b constitutes a protruded portion 1d, and an outer edge 1g of the head section, an edge of the protruded portion 1d, and a corner 1h located at a boundary between the protruded portion and the flat plate section are rounded. The protruded portion viewed from the center of the through-hole 1c is formed to provide corrugated configuration having corners as ridges. Water produced by condensation flows down without staying on the surface of the head section and is drained to the outside of a rubber cap 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which is used for spraying hot water to prevent the generation of insect pests in soil, has a proper size, can evenly spray the hot water and maintain the raised temperature of the soil, has a proper size and a simple structure, and gives sure effects. SOLUTION: The mutually facing upper and lower surface films 11a and 11b are adhered to each other on two or more first adhesion surfaces 13 to form water ways 12 for passing hot water, and a plurality of holes 14 for releasing the hot water are formed at the approximate centers of the water way 12-formed portions of the lower surface film 11b at a distance. The tool is used for releasing the hot water for sterilizing the soil and then for maintaining the raised temperature of the soil. A heat-insulating film 16 is preferably disposed on the upper surface film 11a to form air domes 30 between the upper surface film 11a and the heat-insulating film 16. The lower surface film 11c is preferably a water-permeable film, and water-spraying tubes 20 are preferably disposed in the water ways 12 to release the hot water from the water-spraying holes 20a of the water-spraying tube 20. The water-spraying tubes 20 are adhered to the lower surface water-permeable film 11c to release the hot water in the air domes 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the invasion of human fingers or foreign matter and increase the passing amount of combustion air as well as the strength of a burner air shutter itself by reducing the size of air intakes, for the burner air shutter for introducing combustion air for the burner of an oil burning hot air furnace, compared with a conventional example. SOLUTION: In a burner air shutter 40, three groups of air intake group, in which six or seven pieces of air intake 41 are arrayed in widthwise so as to equalize a space between respective air intakes alternately in zig zag, are arrayed lengthwisely with a proper space between each others while the groups of air intakes are attached to the projected part of a fan casing for a hot air furnace to adjust the amount of air, supplied to a burner through the opening of main body side. In this case, much amount of air, more than a conventional example, is passed with respect to the degree of opening, given within the range of 2-4% of concentration of O2 in exhaust gas in which combustion condition can be retained in good condition. According to this method, much more air flows at the degree of opening same as a conventional example and, further, the invasion of human fingers or foreign matters through the air intake is prevented and the strength of the air shutter is increased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep hot water discharge temperature within 3 deg.C even when a discharge water flow rate is slightly increased, e.g. one shower is opened from a stopped state of hot water discharge, in discharging to a plurality of shower heads hot water heated by a water-to-water heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, boiler water heated in a boiler body 12 by a burner 11 is made to effect heat exchange with water supplied through a supply water inlet 21 within a heat exchanger 19 to feed hot water to a circulation pump 17 controlled by using a temperature adjusting device 29 and an inverter 30, which pump supplies the hot water to a plurality of shower heads from a hot water outlet 24. A water supply pipe 22 and a hot water supply pipe 22a are connected with each other by interposing a bypass pipe 31 opened and closed by a solenoid valve 32. Opening-and- closing of the solenoid valve 32 is controlled by the temperature adjusting device 29 and a board 34, which are connected to a hot water temperature sensor 26 and carry out proportional, integral and differential controls. If hot water discharge temperature detected by the hot water temperature sensor 26 exceeds a set temperature, the solenoid valve 32 is opened to add water through water supply pipe 22 to the hot water in the hot water supply pipe 22a to suppress a hot water temperature rise.
