    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate which is excellent in water resistance, good in design, and high in productivity, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The decorative plate is obtained by covering a front surface and four side surfaces of a flat substrate with a single decorative sheet. Specifically, the decorative sheet is folded back along a pair of both ends of the substrate, and bonded to the substrate via an adhesive to cover the same. On the other hand, the other pair of both ends of the substrate is made thinner, and thinned portions are folded back to be bonded to the substrate via an adhesive layers, respectively. Moreover, the base sheet 31 on the back side is formed of the relatively flexible resin and therefore the decorative sheet 3 is excellent in the bending appropriateness demanded on the occasion of laminating the metal sheet 1.
