The flow controller 42 is configured to allow the oil of the upstream side of the oil filter 32 to flow into the bypass passage 40, when the oil filter 32 is temporarily clogged as the viscosity of the oil in the oil filter 32 is more than a predetermined viscosity.

      SOLUTION: The lubricating device of the dynamic valve system includes a camshaft having a cam follower for lifting valve elements installed in a plurality of cylinders of an internal combustion engine, an oil passage formed inside the camshaft in such a way of being stretched in the axial direction, an oil outflow hole penetrating a clearance between the peripheral surface of a cam lobe and the oil passage, and an intermittently feeding device to feed oil intermittently to the oil passage accompanied by the rotation of the camshaft. The intermittently feeding device allows the oil to flow into the oil passage when the oil outflow hole confronts the follower link of the cam lobe.
