    • The present invention relates to hinges for eyeglasses capable of providing an ease in production and assembly by drastically reducing components of hinges, at the same time diversifying a design by easily replacing legs of other designs. The eyeglasses includes: a pair of lens frames for regulating the lenses for correcting sight; a nose frame connected to the center of the lens frame; legs connected to both sides of the lens frame; and hinges for coupling the lens frame and legs to make the legs be foldable about the lens frame. The hinges include: an operating hinge formed on the front ends of the legs; and a fixating hinge integrated to both ends of the lens frame. The operating hinge includes: a cylindrical hinge shaft connected to a neck portion onto the front ends of the legs; and a male connector formed on top of the hinge shaft. The fixating hinge includes: a hinge hole formed in a Z-axis direction, on a fixating hinge body formed on the lens frame, while not penetrating; an operation space formed on a side wall in the middle of the hinge hole to make the operating hinge be foldable about the fixating hinge; and a female connector formed to couple the male connector to the top of the hinge hole.

      또한 본 발명의 당뇨 치료용 조성물은 췌장의 베타 세포에서 AMP-Activated Protein Kinase의 비활성화 및 포도당 수송체-2(Glucose transporter-2)의 발현을 증가시켜 췌장의 베타 세포가 혈중 포도당 농도에 반응하여 정상적으로 인슐린을 분비하도록 함으로써 당뇨 치료의 효과를 갖는다.
      또한 본 발명의 당뇨 치료용 조성물은 당뇨로 인한 췌장의 베타 세포 손상을 회복시키는 효과가 있으며, 또한 많은 량을 사용하더라도 세포독성이 없어 고포도당 농도에 의한 신장근위세포의 생존률의 증가의 효과를 갖는바 당뇨치료제로서 매우 유용한 것이다.
