    • An interactive voice response method and system is described. A computerized IVR dialer signals to an IVR system that it is capable of high speed operations. The IVR system completes the high speed operations handshake with the IVR dialer. The two IVR components then continue processing of the IVR call at speeds higher than likely obtainable in a conventional IVR call, e.g., one in which the IVR dialer is performed by a human caller. The IVR system and the IVR dialer may employ a high speed IVR script that eliminates many of the instructional messages provided to human IVR callers and also eliminates or reduces the duration of pauses between the communication of information.

    • A security identification system is described that receives and processes multiple security credentials that have been configured by different network authenticators, devices configured to provide security credentials to user access devices, such as mobile phones and bracelets. The security identification system having multiple security certificates allows an employee to enter different locked physical facilities maintained by an employer when each of the locked physical facilities has been secured by a different security protocol, including security protocols provided by different security vendors. The security identification system may obtain security credentials over a network cloud service. The security identification system may take a variety of wearable forms, such as a bracelet, eyeglasses, rings, or ear buds, as well as forms such as a mobile phone. The security identification system may include a biometric reading device that measures users to verify that the person controlling an access device is its authorized user.

    • Methods and systems for delivering audio content to a headset are disclosed. A user taps a close proximity data exchange headset onto an device to download audio content. The audio content is played at the headset. In another embodiment, a user can record audio content with a headset and save the content onto a close proximity data exchange device. Other parties may then use the close proximity data exchange device to retrieve the audio content. Security techniques could be implemented to ensure only an authorized person can store or retrieve audio content. The close proximity data exchange headset may be a near field communication (NFC) headset, and the close proximity data exchange device may be an NFC device.
