摘要： A coupler including a nozzle and a socket. The nozzle includes a nozzle body, a movable pin, and a first supporting member. The movable pin is made retractably movable in the axial direction in a nose portion to open and close the channel inside the nozzle. The socket includes a housing, a collar, a ring-like packing, a valve stem, a valve head, and a second supporting member. The valve stem is made retractably movable in the socket in the axial direction to open and close the channel inside the socket. All portions or components which contact liquid fuel in the coupler are formed solely of rubber and/or plastics.

摘要： This invention provides an elastic member for a methanol fuel cell cartridge, comprising an elastomer having a compression set of 1 to 80 and a hardness (type A) of 40 to 70 and having an operating limit time of 10,000 hours or more determined by a DMFC performance test for the fuel cell. The elastic member can prevent leakage of methanol from a methanol fuel cell cartridge, or a connection part between the cartridge and a fuel cell body and, at the same time, can realize long-term operation of the fuel cell without causing deterioration of power generation performance.

摘要： The lens array device includes: first and second substrates; a first electrode group formed on the first substrate to include transparent electrodes extending in a first direction; a second electrode group formed on the second substrate to include transparent electrodes extending in a second direction; and a liquid crystal layer with refractive index anisotropy arranged between the first and second substrates to produce a lens effect by changing the liquid crystal molecule alignment. The liquid crystal layer electrically changes into one of three states according to voltages applied to the first and second electrode groups. The three states include a state with no lens effect, a first lens state where a lens effect of a first cylindrical lens extending in the first direction is produced, and a second lens state where a lens effect of a second cylindrical lens extending in the second direction is produced.
