摘要： The application relates to a hearing device, e.g. a hearing aid, comprising a first part for being inserted in an ear canal or fully or partially implanted in the head of a user, the first part comprising at least one electrode unit, termed a PR-electrode unit, for making contact to skin or tissue of a user when mounted or implanted in an operational condition, the at least one PR-electrode unit being configured to pick up a physiological response from the user, and wherein the at least one PR-electrode unit comprises an electrically conductive material, e.g. a shape memory alloy. The first part may comprise an implanted part, e.g. in combination with an external part adapted for being located in an ear canal, wherein both parts comprise one or more PR-electrode units. The invention may e.g. be used hearing aids, headsets, ear phones, active ear protection systems, or combinations thereof, e.g. to control processing of the hearing device or to monitor a condition of the user wearing the hearing device.

摘要： A cochlear implant system includes a subcutaneous housing which includes a main body and a bottom cover secured to the main body. A central cavity in a center of the subcutaneous housing is formed by a portion of an outer surface of the main body. A magnet is removably inserted into the central cavity and includes a cylindrical body with a central axis aligned with a removal axis of the central cavity, a groove extending circumferentially around the cylindrical body, and a top surface, which includes an outer edge, a plurality of ribs extending radially farther than the outer edge, and a plurality of abutments extending radially farther than the ribs. A compressive ring is seated in the groove of the cylindrical body and engages under a ledge in the central cavity when the magnet is inserted into the central cavity and biases the magnet against removal from the central cavity.

摘要： A signal processor for a hearing device with an implantable stimulator having two or more electrodes for emitting electric charge pulses to neural-fibers of an individual. The processor has a signal path comprising an input circuit adapted to receive an acoustic-signal from the surroundings and provide at least one corresponding input audio-signal; a filter bank adapted to provide at least one band-limited audio-signal in dependence on the at least one input audio-signal; and a noise filter adapted to attenuate undesired signal components in the at least one band-limited audio-signal and to provide at least one corresponding noise-filtered signal. The processor is characterised in that the portion of the signal path preceding the noise filter neither causes an effective level compression nor an effective level expansion of the at least one noise-filtered signal when the at least one noise-filtered signal is derived from an acoustic signal having a level within the comfortable acoustic range.

The sealed housing includes an upper cover being closest to the skin when the device is implanted, and a lower cover that is hermetically connected to the upper cover. The lower cover includes an elevated region, a recessed region, and at least one feedthrough element formed in the recessed region of the lower cover. The recessed region provides space for a lead to connect to the feedthrough element and protects it from shock and other environmental risks.

The assembly includes a tube with a liquid or semi-liquid medium filling the bore of the tube, and is adapted to be terminated in direct operative association with the cochlea. The acoustic input unit is adapted to be disposed subcutaneously between a skull bone surface and an external skin surface. The vibration transducer is adapted to be magnetically attachable at a fastening area adjacent to the transmission area by a magnetic assembly configured to be provided under the skin in the fastening area around the transition area.
