    • An inspection system is provided, which applies a forward or reverse voltage on a light-emitting device and measures a current thereof respectively before and after temperature rise, and determines whether the device fails according to the fact whether a current difference before and after the temperature rise is larger than a failure current determination value. Alternatively, the inspection system adopts a current applying device to apply a forward and reverse current on a light-emitting device and measures a voltage difference thereof respectively before and after temperature rise, and determines whether the device fails according to the fact whether a difference of the voltage differences before and after the temperature rise is larger than a failure voltage determination value. Alternatively, the inspection system adopts a predetermined inspecting step and a rapid inspecting step respectively to determine whether a light-emitting device fails. An inspection method for the inspection system is also provided.

    • An organic electroluminescence device is provided, which comprises: a lighting region, a wiring region, a bonding region and a wiring extending region (300), the lighting region comprises an anode, an organic functional layer, a cathode; the wiring region comprises wirings connecting the anode and cathode with a driving chip or a circuit board; the bonding region is a region in which the wirings connect with the driving chip or the circuit board; the ends of the wirings locate in the wiring extending region, the wirings in the wiring extending region are parallel with the wirings in the wiring region or form an angle with the wirings in the wiring region. A method for testing the organic electroluminescence device is also provided. With improving the wiring arrangement of the organic electroluminescence device, it is easier and more accurate to press bond a conductive adhesive tape and the wirings, and, the row wirings and the column wirings are protected from being shorted during screen testing.

    • In an organic EL panel inspection method, to determine whether an organic EL panel is good or bad, a plurality of voltages having different values are sequentially applied to the organic EL panel, thereby measuring the respective currents. According to the currents, the following three criteria are checked: criterion (1), whether or not a spike current is present in the measured currents, criterion (2), between when the plurality of voltages are sequentially applied from one direction to the other direction of the voltage and when the plurality of voltages are sequentially applied from the other direction to the one direction, whether or not currents having different current densities occur at the same voltage, and criterion (3), the absolute value of the current density of current flowing when a predetermined voltage in the reverse direction is applied to the organic EL panel.

    • A device for finding an inoperative bulb in a series string of lights, such as a string of Christmas tree lights having a plug, a pair of electrically conductive leads connected to the plug and having their ends terminating within a casing of the device, a polarity switch having first and second terminals each connected to a lead of the pair of leads connected to the plug, a probe for insertion into and contact with the wire of the socket of the light string, and an indicator circuit for determining whether an electric current is passing through the series string thus indicating the presence or lack of an inoperative bulb. The indicator circuit is located between the polarity switch and the probe and a protective sheath is provided to prevent any part of the probe from being exposed to avoid a user from being shocked, the protective sheath being continuously biased to cover the probe.
