According to one embodiment, a computer-implemented method comprises receiving a call from a customer at a call center. A sample of the call is recorded and the Mel-Frequency Cepstral coefficient is extracted from the sample. A machine learning model predicts an emotion of the customer and generates a confidence score for the emotion. A script of a call center agent is modified based on the emotion and the confidence score.

A connectionist temporal classification (CTC) acoustic model is accessed, the CTC acoustic model having been trained using a context-dependent state inventory generated from approximate phonetic alignments determined by another CTC acoustic model trained without fixed alignment targets. Audio data for a portion of an utterance is received. Input data corresponding to the received audio data is provided to the accessed CTC acoustic model. Data indicating a transcription for the utterance is generated based on output that the accessed CTC acoustic model produced in response to the input data. The data indicating the transcription is provided as output of an automated speech recognition service.

摘要： A system and method for temporarily disabling keyword detection to avoid detection of machine-generated keywords. A local device may operate two keyword detectors. The first keyword detector operates on input audio data received by a microphone to capture keywords uttered by a user. In these instances, the keyword may be detected by the first detector and the audio data may be indicated for speech processing. The system may determine output audio data responsive to the input audio data. The local device may process the output audio data to determine that it also includes the keyword. The device may then disable the first keyword detector while the output audio data is played back by an audio speaker of the local device. Thus the local device may avoid detection of a keyword originating from the output audio. The first keyword detector may be reactivated after a time interval during which the keyword might be detectable in the output audio.

The triplet sampling methods may be used individually or collectively, and each represent a respective heuristic about the semantic structure of audio recordings.

An alphanumeric sequence is extracted from the output, where the alphanumeric sequence represents an erroneous translation by the automatic speech recognition engine. Candidates for the alphanumeric sequence are generated. The candidates are ranked based on scores associated with the candidates. A candidate of the candidates having a highest score of the scores is selected. The output is corrected by replacing the alphanumeric sequence with the selected candidate. In general, degraded speech results in poor performance of any speech-based system. This poor performance can be attributed to feature extraction functionality of speech-based system which takes input speech file and converts it into a representation called as a feature. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods that compute distance between each degraded speech feature extracted from an input speech signal with each clean speech feature comprised in a memory of the system to obtain set of matched clean speech features wherein at least a subset of cleaned speech features are dynamically selected based on a pre-defined threshold and the computed distance, thereby computing statistics for the dynamically selected clean speech features set for utilizing in at least one of a speech recognition system and a speaker recognition system.

摘要： A method for multi-channel voice activity detection includes receiving a sequence of input frames characterizing streaming multi-channel audio captured by an array of microphones. Each channel of the streaming multi-channel audio includes respective audio features captured by a separate dedicated microphone. The method also includes determining, using a location fingerprint model, a location fingerprint indicating a location of a source of the multi-channel audio relative to the user device based on the respective audio features of each channel of the multi-channel audio. The method also includes generating an output from an application-specific classifier. The first score indicates a likelihood that the multi-channel audio corresponds to a particular audio type that the particular application is configured to process. The method also includes determining whether to accept or reject the multi-channel audio for processing by the particular application based on the first score generated as output from the application-specific classifier.
