摘要： A filter is provided which comprises a single dielectric, and a line conductor and a ground conductor disposed on the dielectric. The line conductor includes first and second line conductor sections having opposed portions defining an open gap therebetween to form a capacitive coupling section. The edge lines of the opposed portions of the first and second conductor sections defining the open gap therebetween are substantially elongated relative to the line width of the corresponding conductor sections. The thus constructed filter is capable of suppressing a variation in the normalized J-inverter value even if dimensional errors relative to the design specifications due to overetching or underetching involved during the manufacture.

A filter element (4) is a parallel resonator circuit including a pair of first resonator lines (19a) (19b) formed by a thick film forming technique and a pair of second resonator lines (20a) (20b). As the thickness of the pair of second resonator lines (20a) (20b) is significantly reduced, the impedance ratio between the pair of second resonator lines (20a) (20b) and the pair of first resonator lines (19a) (19b) is increased. 摘要： A resonator, a filter, an oscillator, a duplexer, and a communication apparatus employing these devices have improved efficiency characteristics in confining an electromagnetic field in an opening of an electrode, suppressed current concentration, and minimized conductor loss. Electrode patterns are formed near short-circuited positions in a slot so that the slot will be divided into smaller-width slot lines. Consequently, the efficiency in confining the electromagnetic field is improved, and conductor loss is minimized.
