摘要： Apparatus and methods of handing over a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) that belongs to a group of WTRUs from an originating base station to a target base station are described. A method includes the WTRU obtaining information regarding a group to which the WTRU has been assigned and the WTRU receiving at least one of handover reconfiguration information that is common to the group and handover reconfiguration information that is specific to the WTRU. On a condition that the WTRU receives the handover reconfiguration information that is specific to the WTRU, the WTRU initiates a synchronization procedure with the target base station based at least on the received handover reconfiguration information.

摘要： A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive a first Time Division Duplex (TDD) uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) configuration. The WTRU may use the first configuration for timing of UL scheduling and UL Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ). Further, on a condition that the WTRU receives a second configuration, the WTRU may use the second configuration for DL HARQ and monitor for a third configuration. However, on a condition that the WTRU does not receives a second configuration, the WTRU may use the first configuration for DL HARQ. In addition, on a condition that the third configuration is received by the WTRU, the WTRU may determine a UL or DL direction for a subframe based on the received third configuration. On a condition that the third configuration is not received by the WTRU, the WTRU may determine a UL or DL direction for the subframe based on the received first configuration.

摘要： Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for LTE operation in an unlicensed spectrum, LTE-U. A wireless transmit/receive unit, WTRU, may establish a connection with a first cell on a licensed frequency band. The WTRU may receive a first downlink transmission from a second cell operating on an unlicensed frequency band. The WTRU may determine that a synchronization signal transmission from a third cell operating on the unlicensed frequency band is transmitted using one or more reel source elements. The WTRU may perform frequency and/or timing estimation based on the synchronization signal transmission. The WTRU may perform rate matching around the one or more resource elements that correspond to the synchronization signal transmission. The WTRU may perform rate matching around the one or more resource elements by de-mapping symbols of the downlink transmission.

摘要： ePDCCH may be provided. For example, a WTRU may receive a configuration for monitoring an ePDCCH resource. Based on the configuration, the WTRU may be configured to monitor and may monitor the ePDCCH resource on a particular subframe. Additionally, a WTRU may derive an aggregation level for a subframe associated with an aggregation level number NAL. The WTRU may transmit or monitor an ePDCCH using the aggregation level associated with the NAL for the subframe. A WTRU may also receive a reference signal. The WTRU may then determine the type of reference signal received. The WTRU may perform a demodulation of the PDSCH or ePDCCH using a demodulation timing based on the determined type. The ePDCCH or PDSCH may also be monitored or received by identifying a demodulation reference timing implicitly based on a location of one or more ePDCCH resources where the WTRU may receive DCI.

A power headroom report (PHR) may be triggered based on changes to backoff or the impacts of backoff. Additional backoff may be used to calculate a maximum output power of the WTRU and may be indicated by a domination indicator to network resources. The WTRU may be configured to eliminate triggers caused by virtual PHRs. Furthermore, the WTRU may be configured to respond to rapid changes to backoff.

摘要： Methods, systems and apparatuses for operation in long-term evolution (LTE) systems are provided, including a method implemented in a base station that may include receiving, from a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) via a first interface, a first message including radio capability information associated with the WTRU; transmitting, to a mobility management entity (MME) via a second interface, a second message including the radio capability information; receiving, from the MME via the second interface, a paging message including the radio capability information; and determining whether to page the WTRU in idle mode based on the radio capability information. Also provided is another method implemented by a WTRU in a vicinity of a dormant cell. This method may include any of: receiving, from a dormant cell, a signal; receiving, from a serving cell, a trigger to initiate measurement of one or more dormant cells; and measuring the signal.

摘要： A method and apparatus for determining uplink power in a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU). The WTRU operates in a carrier aggregated system. The WTRU is configured to receive a plurality of uplink power parameters indexed to one of a plurality of uplink carriers and receive a transmit power control command indexed to the one of the plurality of uplink carriers. The WTRU is configured to determine a pathloss of the one of the plurality of uplink carriers and determine a transmit power for the one of the plurality of uplink carriers based on the plurality of power parameters, the transmit power control command, and the pathloss.

摘要： A method and apparatus for providing for full-duplex (FD) operation in time division duplex (TDD) communications are disclosed herein. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive an indication of a first, UL heavy, TDD uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) configuration and an indication of a second, DL heavy, TDD UL/DL configuration. The WTRU may also receive a grant in a common DL subframe. The WTRU may apply the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process timing associated with one of the TDD UL/DL configurations for DL HARQ feedback. Also, the WTRU may monitor a set of subframes for a UL or a DL grant. Further, the WTRU may receive a grant in a subframe which may include an indication of a reference TDD UL/DL configuration. The WTRU may then apply the HARQ process timing associated with the reference TDD UL/DL configuration for DL HARQ feedback.
