摘要： Provided is a method and system for requesting and granting a media transmission right of a PoC user. The method includes a PoC client transmitting an MBCP Request message to a PoC server, the PoC server receiving the MBCP Request message, determining whether a current state corresponds to a media transmission denial condition, and if it is determined that the current state corresponds to a media transmission denial condition, transmitting an MBCP Deny message containing at least one of time information of a media transmission timer and time information of a retry-after timer to the PoC client, and the PoC client receiving the MBCP Deny message, activating the media transmission timer and the retry-after timer using the respective time information, and re-transmitting the MBCP Request message to the PoC server if one of the media transmission timer and the retry-after timer, the retry-after timer having a longer time value, expires.

In addition, a method of efficiently managing a session by updating the session when a newly supported media type is provided or when a recipient of an existing media type is changed is suggested.

Register of a service setting for receiving invitee information in the receiving-side PoC server is requested. A RTCP connection message is received from the receiving-side PoC server. The invitee information in the RTCP connection message is identified and the invitee information is provided to a user. An input of whether or not establishment of the group session has been accepted is received from the user. An RTCP response comprising the input of whether or not establishment of the group session has been accepted is created, and the RTCP response is transmitted to the receiving-side PoC server.

Further, the PoC client can set a session, to which filtering is to be applied, from among a plurality of sessions and media types.

摘要： A method, user equipment and system provide simultaneous Push-To-Talk (PTT) over Cellular (PoC) multimedia services. After a PoC client participates in multiple sessions according to a simultaneous PoC multimedia service or Enhanced Simultaneous Session Support (ESS) set by a user for a PoC multimedia call service, a PoC server can simultaneously transmit the media streams to the PoC client without filtering when media streams of the same media type are transmitted in different sessions. The client can set simultaneous multi-reception modes on a session-by-session basis according to a user's intention, and on a media type-by-media type basis in each session.
