摘要： A lottery ticket bin for use in multi-bin dispenser array includes a housing having an open top and a drawer that slides into and out of the housing, the drawer also having an open top and a ticket compartment for receipt of a supply of interconnected lottery tickets through the open top. A component section adjacent a front of the drawer includes a first cable connection port, and a second cable connection port is fixed to the housing adjacent the component section in a closed position of the drawer, the second cable connection port in communication with a circuit board fixed to an exterior of the housing. A cable is connected between the first and second cable connection ports and a length so as to accommodate a fully open position of the drawer relative to the housing. The cable folds into a cable storage section configured with the drawer.

摘要： In some embodiments, the instant invention provides an exemplary method for dispensing that at least includes: initiating a movement of a dispensing object along a dispensing passage of a dispensing device; determining, by a displacement sensor, a magnitude of a displacement of the dispensing object along the dispensing passage based on remotely measuring, by the displacement sensor, a characteristic associated with the dispensing object during the movement of the dispensing object along the dispensing passage; generating an indication by the displacement sensor when the magnitude of the displacement is equal to or exceeds a pre-determined distance value; separating, based on the indication, a portion from the dispensing object to form a remaining portion of the dispensing object and a separated portion of the dispensing object; and dispensing the separated portion of the dispensing object from the dispensing device.

摘要： A card holder and dispensing device comprises a rectangularly shaped frame member including upper, lower and side perimeter segments. These form an enclosure into which is placed a plurality of, typically, plastic cards. The upper and lower segments form an open area which is less than the surface area of the cards so that they can't be removed through these openings. A card retention tab extends from one of the side perimeter segments beyond the enclosure formed by the frame member. This restrains movement of the cards out of the card insertion opening.One of the top frame segments includes a tab section which is typically biased downward into the enclosure volume to exert a downward force on the stored cards. This permits the user to move one or more of the cards partially out of the enclosure until the desired card is reached and assists in the removal of the desired card. The tab section can be variously shaped, sized and contoured to accommodate printed indicia.
