摘要： An alkaline cell comprising a housing having a bottom end and a top end, and an electrode assembly disposed within the housing. The electrode assembly comprises a single first electrode and a single second electrode, a separator therebetween, and an electrolyte. The first electrode comprises a hollow outer body and at least one inner body positioned inside the outer body, the outer body and the at least one inner body being joined together inside the housing to form a single substantially homogeneous structure having an essentially uniform electrode properties. The second electrode comprises an intermediate body at least partially disposed between the outer body and the at least one inner body and electrically isolated from the outer body and the at least one inner body.

摘要： An alkaline primary battery includes: a positive electrode 2 containing manganese dioxide; an alkaline electrolyte containing zinc oxide; a gelled negative electrode 3 containing zinc alloy particles, the alkaline electrolyte, and a gelling agent; and a negative electrode current collector 6 inserted in the gelled negative electrode. The gelled negative electrode 3 has a predetermined malleability such that when 4.0 g of the gelled negative electrode 3 formed into a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 15 mm is extended with 200 g of a load through 10 g of a flat plate, and then an upper surface of the extended gelled negative electrode 3 is approximated to a circle, this circle has a diameter ranging from 24 mm to 36 mm, both inclusive.

摘要： The present invention relates to an anode for a secondary battery, comprising at least two anode wires which are parallel to each other and spirally twisted, each of the anode wires having an anode active material layer coated on the surface of a wire-type current collector; and a secondary battery comprising the anode. The anode of the present invention has an increased surface area to react with Li ions during a charging and discharging process, thereby improving the rate characteristics of a battery, and also release stress or pressure applied in the battery, e.g., the volume expansion of active material layers to prevent the deformation of the battery and ensure the stability thereof, thereby improving the life characteristic of the battery.
