摘要： A wireless device includes an energy harvester configured to convert energy harvested from radio-frequency (RF) signals into a harvested voltage, a storage capacitor to store a voltage, a first port selectively connected to an external USB power source, a second port connected to a battery, a load including a non-volatile memory storing configuration data indicating a plurality of charging configurations, and a power management circuit including a controller and a switcher matrix. The controller is configured to select one of the plurality of charging configurations based on one or more of a presence of a connection with the external USB power source, a type of the battery, an amount of the harvested voltage, or a level of the voltage stored on the storage capacitor. The switcher matrix is configured to charge the battery based on the selected charging configuration.

摘要： An implantable neurostimulator that communicates with an extracorporeal energy controller through radio frequency and receives electrical energy, including: a main control chip that includes a main control CPU, a main memory, and a digital to analog conversion current source circuit; a stimulator antenna and its impedance matching circuit, which are radio-frequency coupled with the extracorporeal energy controller; a rectification energy storage circuit that extracts electrical energy from the received input signal and stores electrical energy; a modulation/demodulation circuit that extracts control information including clinical stimulation parameters from the received input signal; an electrode interface; one or more stimulation electrodes, with the electrode interface allocating stimulation pulse sequences to each corresponding stimulation electrode; wherein the main memory stores the received control information, the digital to analog conversion current source circuit generates the stimulation pulse sequences based on the clinical stimulation parameters, and the main control CPU controls operation of the implantable neurostimulator. The implantable neurostimulator of the present invention can avoid treatment failure caused by interruption or obstruction of radio frequency communication.

摘要： Systems and methods of harvesting wireless energy for climate control in a cabin of a vehicle are provided. The method comprises receiving an electromagnetic (EM) signal of EM radiation having EM energy to define an EM current. The method further comprises filtering the EM energy to regulate the EM current converting the EM current to direct current. The method further comprises storing the direct current for powering a battery-free wireless sensing unit and powering the battery-free wireless sensing unit with the direct current. After powering the battery-free wireless sensing unit, the method comprises sensing an actual condition in the cabin, the actual condition being one of actual temperature and actual humidity in the cabin. Furthermore, the method comprises adjusting one of temperature and humidity in the cabin in response to a difference between the actual condition and a set condition.
