摘要： A stator module for two-dimensionally driving a rotor having first and second magnet units includes a stator assembly with first and second stator segments configured for interacting with drive magnets of the first and second magnet units. The individual stator segments can each be energized independently from the remaining stator segments. The stator assembly includes first, second, third and fourth stator sectors. The first stator segments of the individual stator sectors each extend in a second direction over all second stator segments of the relevant stator sector, arranged side by side, and the second stator segments of the individual stator sectors each extend in a first direction over all first stator segments of the relevant stator sector arranged side by side. Extensions of the stator sectors in the first and second directions are respectively smaller than extensions of a magnet arrangement including the first and second magnet units.

摘要： In a stator, a stator winding is provided in a stator core and includes phase windings. A neutral-point bus bar is connected to a coil end portion of the stator winding in a radial direction thereof. The coil end portion includes first and second end portions that are joined together. The first tip end portion extends in a fixed direction in the circumferential direction. The second tip end portion extends in a direction opposite the fixed direction in the circumferential direction. The neutral-point bus bar includes a main body portion extending in the circumferential direction and connection portions extending in the radial direction from the main body portion. The connection portions are respectively connected to the phase windings in a state in which the connection portions do not protrude further towards a side opposite the stator core than the main body portion in the axial direction is.

摘要： A motor includes a stator to which a substrate can be stably secured without increasing the size of the substrate. An air-conditioning apparatus includes the motor. At an end portion of the stator in the axial direction thereof, a substrate on which electronic components are mounted is provided. The stator includes: a stator core formed by stacking electromagnetic steel sheets, and including a plurality of teeth; insulators provided on the stator core; and a wire wound around the teeth, the teeth being coated with the insulators. The insulators have outer walls provided on respective core backs of the stator core. In a linearly developed state of the stator, where of the teeth, an outermost tooth is a first tooth, a tooth adjacent to the first tooth is a second tooth, another tooth adjacent to the second tooth is a third tooth, another tooth adjacent to the third tooth is a fourth tooth, and another tooth adjacent to the fourth tooth is a fifth tooth, the outer walls of the first, third and fifth teeth include respective substrate attachment pins for use in attachment of the substrate, and the outer walls of the first tooth include respective power terminals for use in supplying power to the wire.

The SMC may include one or more isotropic ferromagnetic materials, a magnetic saturation induction of greater than or equal to about 1.6 Tesla, and an electrical resistivity greater than 10 micro-ohm/m.
