    • A land roller implement has a center frame and a center roller. Wings are pivotally mounted to a wing bracket pivotally mounted to, and extending rearward from, each side of the center frame. The wings and center frame thus move independently up and down when operating. The bracket is locked and wheels mounted on the brackets move the rollers up for transport. Inner and outer rollers on each wing are aligned and separated by a roller spacing. An overlap roller rolls over theis spacing. In transport position the right and left wings extend rearward from the center frame and right and left overlap rollers are aligned with, and adjacent to, each other. During a turn, the wings pivot and move closer to each other. To avoid contact with each other the right and left overlap rollers move forward and rearward to offset positions.

The light sources provide a plurality of light beams, which are substantially coupled into a single light beam by the light coupling device. The single light beam travels through the color wheel and the light tunnel through the light gathering device and light reflection device.

    • A resource allocation apparatus, method, application program, and computer readable medium thereof are provided. A plurality of data streams are transmitted to a plurality of receiving ends via a network resource, wherein each of the receiving ends has a subscribing status. Each of the data streams comprises a plurality of data layers. First, required data are sent to the receiving ends. Then, an efficiency ratio of each of the possible transmission combinations is dynamically calculated. Finally, data layers comprised in the possible transmission combination that has the greatest efficiency ratio are transmitted to the receiving ends. Efficiency ratios are calculated according to the whole network resource, the channels of the receiving ends, and the characters of the data streams. By the aforementioned arrangement, data layers received by the receiving ends can be adjusted dynamically. Thus, the efficiency of the network resource can be increased.

    • A jack plate for vertically raising and lowering an outboard motor mounted on a boat. The jack plate comprises a motor lift and a jack plate mounting assembly. The jack plate mounting assembly has a transom plate and a pair of spacing brackets with jack plate rails. The motor lift has a pair of bearings that are interlocked to a lift plate. The motor lift is slidably situated within the jack plate rails. Complementary geometries of the outer side edges of the lift plate and inner edges of channels in the bearings, as well as the spacing between the jack plate rails, provide a pressure fit that secures the lift plate between the bearings once the bearings are inserted into the jack plate rails.
