摘要： A cable connection structure includes cables and a substrate having an electrode thereon. The cables are configured to be connected to the electrode. Each cable includes: a core wire formed of conductive material; a tubular inner insulator for covering an outer circumference of the core wire; a shield which extends along a longitudinal direction of the inner insulator and includes conductors for covering an outer circumference of the inner insulator, and has an exposed portion for exposing the inner insulator; and an outer insulator for covering an outer circumference of the shield. The shield including a region where the exposed portion is formed, the inner insulator, and the core wire are exposed in a stepped manner toward a distal end of each cable. The substrate includes a first electrode configured to be electrically connected to the core wire, and a second electrode configured to be electrically connected to the shield.

摘要： A fitting for coupling ends of cores of three insulated conductors includes an end termination placed over end portions of the three insulated conductors. The end termination includes three separate openings that pass through the end termination longitudinally. Each of the insulated conductors passes through one of the openings with end portions of the insulated conductors protruding from one side of the end termination. Exposed cores of the end portions of the insulated conductors protrude from the end termination. A cylinder is coupled to the side of the end termination from which the end portions of the insulated conductors protrude. An electrical bus is coupled to the exposed portion of the cores. Electrically insulating material fills the cylinder such that the cores are substantially enclosed in the electrically insulating material. An end cap is coupled to the cylinder to seal off the interior of the cylinder.

摘要： A fitting for coupling ends of insulated conductors includes a sleeve to couple an end of a jacket of a first insulated conductor to an end of a jacket of a second insulated conductor. The sleeve is located between end portions of the insulated conductors. At least one of the ends of the sleeve is angled relative to the longitudinal axis of the sleeve. The sleeve has a longitudinal opening that extends along the length of the sleeve substantially the distance between end portions of the jackets of the insulated conductors. The longitudinal opening allows electrically insulating material to be filled into the sleeve.

The ring crimp member is crimped to form recessed deformities, and the terminal is pressed toward the cylindrical connection portion by the recessed deformities to complete an electric connection. The recessed deformities are formed with a shape larger than the meshes formed in the cylindrical braid.

摘要： The instant disclosure relates to a method of retaining a solder material onto a solder terminal comprising: a solder terminal and a solder material. The solder terminal includes a first surface, a second surface and a side, and is formed with a retaining hole. The solder material includes a winding portion, and a connection portion which extends on the opposite side from the winding portion of the solder material. The winding portion is arranged to cover the solder terminal along the first surface, the side and then the second surface. In addition, the connection portion is engaged with the solder terminal through the retaining hole and is bent like a hook.

摘要： A wire connecting device for connecting a fiber-core conductor configured by stranding a plurality of fiber-core conductive wires. The wire connecting device includes a vis having a rod-shape pin and a head extending outwardly from the pin. A plate-shape terminal connects with the vis by inserting the pin in an opening. The head matches up with an overlap portion of the terminal so that the fiber-core conductor is clamped between the head and the overlap portion of the terminal connect electrically the fiber-core conductor and the terminal. The conductor passes over and contacts an end portion of the pin. The pin and the inner surface of the opening are curved surfaces to eliminate sharp corners.

摘要： A terminal assembly includes a wire including a core made of metal and covered with a coating, a terminal including a wire connecting portion connected to an end portion of the wire, a sealing resin sealing the wire connecting portion, and a housing including a through hole with a front opening and a rear opening. The terminal is made of a different kind of metal from the core of the wire. The housing accommodates the terminal in the through hole. The wire connecting portion includes an exposed portion not covered with the sealing resin and unexposed portions covered with the sealing resin. The exposed portion is positioned between the unexposed portions in a front and rear direction, thereby protecting the wire connecting portion from electrolytic corrosion. The exposed portion is obtained after the sealing resin is worn by being rubbed against an inner wall of the through hole.
