    • The present invention relates to a fixing structure for printed circuit board (PCB) of micro motor, including a base and a PCB. The base has a shaft tube disposed centrally therein; at least a circuit board fixing pin is protruded beyond the base peripheral to the shaft tube; the PCB has a center hole for the shaft tube to be inserted in, and the diameter of the center hole shall be close to but not less than the outer diameter of the shaft tube; each circuit board fixing pin corresponds to a through hole disposed on the center of the PCB. Sensing plates are prevented from dropping to secure the motor to stably rotate; the circuit board fixing pin, after passing through the through hole, is fixed by an adhesive or a soldering means to make the PCB and the base perfectly fit and free from warp and vibration.

    • The present invention relates to a micro fan, including an impeller, a fan seat and a bottom cover plate, wherein the impeller has a shaft seat stationarily disposed at one end of a spindle and a plurality of blades extended from a periphery of the shaft seat, a top ring and a bottom ring are disposed on a top and a bottom ends of an outer rim of each blade, and a permanent magnet is disposed on a periphery of each blade and is positioned between the top and bottom rings. The impeller of the present invention requires only a single bearing to rotate the impeller therein, and thus there will be no concentricity alignment issue. Furthermore, an air inlet on the fan seat has no impediment at all and is subjected to no blockage, thereby not only increasing the air supply rate and smoothening the air flow field.

    • A fan device includes a base plate, a flat-type impeller, an assembling member, a magnet sheet and a shaft member. The base plate includes an axial hole and at least one stator coil arranged thereon. The flat-type impeller is formed with an annular supporting plate and bent vanes while the assembling member is formed with an assembling hole and an upraised flange. The magnet sheet provides with at least one pair of alternatively opposite magnetic poles (i.e. north pole and south pole). A first distal end of the shaft member is extended through the flat-type impeller and inserted into the assembling hole of the assembling member while a second distal end of the shaft member is inserted into the axial hole of the base plate. The flat-type impeller is positioned and sandwiched in between the assembling member and the magnet sheet so as to constitute a thin-type structure.

When the second magnetically inductive member is driven by the driving member, the first magnetically inductive member and the drive gear are turned to drive the fluid through indirect magnetic induction provided by the second magnetically inductive member outside the housing. Leakage of fluid is avoided.

    • A heat-dissipating fan structure comprises a frame having a through-hole. An air inlet and an air outlet are respectively defined in two ends of the through-hole. A support section is provided in an end of the through-hole and at least two sets of windings are engaged on the frame. An IC control member is mounted on the frame and electrically connected to the windings. A rotor comprises a shaft and plural blades, and a permanent ring magnet is mounted around the blades. An end of the shaft is rotatably received in the support section of the frame. A repulsive magnetic force is directly created between the permanent ring magnet and the windings of the frame to drive the rotor to turn.
