Such high-efficiency Schottky diodes make it possible to construct rectifiers which are suitable for higher temperatures and can therefore be used in motor vehicle generators, without particular cooling measures such as heat sinks being required.

A number of elastic compression threads run in the plane of the flat material in the direction of the circumference, and create the compressive effect when the compression bandage is applied. At least parts of at least some of the compression threads protrude outside the flat material, allowing the compressive effect to be adjusted by varying the length of each of the protruding external portions.

摘要： A field effect transistor having a gate structure comprising a high-K dielectric layer, a gate electrode located on the high-K dielectric layer, and an interfacial layer located in between the high-K dielectric layer and a channel region of the field effect transistor. The interfacial layer comprises a layer of SiO2 containing a regrowth inhibiting agent. A method of forming the gate structure includes forming a gate stack comprising, in order: a SiO2 layer adjacent a channel region of the field effect transistor; a high-K dielectric layer on the SiO2 layer; and a gate electrode on the high-K dielectric layer. The method also includes introducing a regrowth inhibiting agent into the SiO2 layer and then annealing the gate structure. The presence of the regrowth inhibiting agent in the SiO2 interfacial layer inhibits regrowth of the SiO2 layer into the channel region during the annealing step.

Concurrently each resource-reference object itself is accessible from the higher level of hierarchy as an own resource by additional providing a name and a desired state which can differ from desired state of the referenced resource as well as making it externally visible. Resource-reference objects can be grouped to resource groups on the higher level of hierarchy, wherein those resource groups are addressable as own resource-reference object from the next higher level of hierarchy.By using the inventive concept of the resource-reference object conflicts between different levels of hierarchies in the system management are resolved by a conflict resolution method using the priority assigned to the resource reference object by the respective level of hierarchy.
