The door assembly includes a lens, a housing configured to hold the lens, the housing including one or more sidewalls disposed around a periphery of the lens, where the one or more sidewalls extend upward, away from the lens to define a cavity, and a plurality of LEDs having primary light axes extending inward into the cavity. The plurality of LEDs are coupled to the one or more sidewalls and positioned to illuminate the lens from behind with a uniform distribution of light when engaged.

摘要： A light fixture includes a housing with a channel configured to contain a driver for driving one or more light emitting diodes located outside the channel. The housing includes slots configured to receive and secure a lens. The light fixture further includes a removable channel cover, tabs located along the length of the channel and adjacent to the channel on the housing, and a lens bar having a first flange configured to secure the lens and a second flange configured to be inserted underneath the tabs. The lens bar is secured in place with the second flange underneath the tabs by the channel cover which prevents the lens bar from moving laterally with respect to the tabs. The slots, the first flange, and a flange running the length of the light fixture perpendicular to the slots are configured to cover the edges of the lens when installed.

The retainer is configured to engage at least one of the troffer housing and a T-bar of a ceiling system to thereby selectively secure the door assembly within the ceiling system when the flange is in the first position. The retainer is further configured to facilitate at least one of installation and removal of the door assembly when the flange is in the second position.

摘要： An adapter bracket for retrofitting an existing troffer light fixture includes one of a channel, a base portion, and a frame member, each configured to rest on a T-bar of a ceiling system. The channel is configured to receive and retain a portion of a troffer housing for the existing troffer light fixture. The base portion is configured to support the troffer housing along a full length of the troffer housing. The frame member defines an aperture configured to receive a portion of a troffer door assembly. The aperture includes a slot and a notch, where the notch is defined adjacent to the slot and is narrower than the slot. Each of the base portion, the channel, and the frame member includes a mounting surface configured to engage with a retainer of the troffer door assembly.

The plurality of LEDs are coupled to the panel and arranged in at least one row. The at least one row has a first lateral side and a second lateral side. The first reflector is coupled to the panel and disposed along the first lateral side of the plurality of LEDs. The second reflector are coupled to the panel and disposed along the second lateral side of the plurality of LEDs. The panel is releasably attached to the enclosure such that replacement of the panel simultaneously replaces the plurality of LEDs, the first reflector, and the second reflector.

摘要： A lighting and energy conservation system for low temperature applications includes LEDs as a light source. The LEDs are provided in a modular LED light fixture. The fixture includes a frame supporting a reflector having a plurality of elongated channels. Mounting strips are removably installed in each of the elongated channels, and LEDs are mounted on each of the mounting strips. A separate power control device is associated with each of the mounting strips, so that a total light output intensity and profile of the fixture can be individually customized by selectively adjusting the power control device for each of the mounting strips.
