The closed-loop rotating speed control for adjusting the rotor status variable includes the use of a reserve value. In the event that the installation is not yet operating at a target output or a target moment, the reserve is obtained from a comparison of the target output or target moment and a momentary output or a momentary moment.

摘要： A friction limiting turbine gyroscope is a compact and efficient means to convert the energy of a moving fluid into electrical energy. The gyroscope's flywheel rotates when a fluid passes through its spokes while magnets located along the perimeter act upon proximate movable field coils to produce electricity. The spokes of the flywheel are optimized for the flow and density of the fluid with the ability to trans mutate using shaped memory alloys as well as rotate about their center of pressure allowing the flywheel to capture more of the energy from the fluid passing over their surfaces in all conditions. Mechanical energy losses are reduced because of the inherent stabilizing effects created by the gyroscope. Because of the stabilization, a magnetic bearing field effectively supports the gyroscope eliminating mechanical interference in rotation.

The method includes initializing (2000), at a first time (t0), the wind turbine to operate in an overproduction operating mode in which the electrical output power (P(t)) of the power conversion system is increased from an initial electrical output power of the power conversion system by providing kinetic energy stored in the rotor. At a second time (t2), decreasing (2200) the electrical output power, and integrating a reference power (Pref, P0) to determine an energy recovery value (Erec) are started. An energy response value (Eresp) corresponding to a product of the reference power (Pref) with a time difference (Tresp) between the second time and the first time is determined (2300). The wind turbine is operated (2400) in a recovery operating mode from a third time (t3) at which the electrical output power (P) reaches or crosses the reference power (Pref, P0) until the energy recovery value becomes at least equal to the energy response value or until the electrical output power reaches or crosses the reference power again from below. In the recovery operating mode, the electrical output power is, limited upwards depending on the reference power and a currently available maximum electrical power output without reducing a speed of the rotor.
