The connector assembly includes a first connector that has a fixed gear rack and a pinion gear engaged with the fixed gear rack and rotatable around a trunnion that is disposed in a first slot. The pinion gear and fixed gear rack cooperate to translate the trunnion along the slot as the pinion gear rotates. The first connector also includes a lever connected to the pinion gear configured to rotate the pinion gear and an actuator arm connected to the pinion gear defining a post protruding from the actuator arm. The connector assembly also contains a second connector that is configured to mate with the first connector. The second connector defines a second slot and a passage sized, shaped, and arranged to receive the post into the second slot.

摘要： A soft neural interface connector apparatus includes a PCB having a two-dimensional array of solder balls, a transparent top board, a cushioning layer on one side of the transparent top board, and a soft neural interface including a flexible and/or stretchable microelectrode array (MEA) through which neural signals are obtained or delivered. The MEA includes a two-dimensional array of contact pads corresponding to the array of solder balls. The PCB, the transparent top board, the cushioning layer, and the MEA are stacked together such that the MEA is between the cushioning layer and the PCB, and the contact pads are aligned with and in electrical contact with associated solder balls. A magnetic connector system having at least one magnetic connector component on the transparent top board is magnetically connected with at least one magnetic connector component on the PCB to press the contact pads and associated solder balls together.

摘要： The present invention relates to a motor-driven suction pump and a method for connecting such a pump. The suction pump has a pump unit for generating a negative pressure which is accommodated in a housing. Further, a terminal box is provided which can be connected to a power source via a connecting cable and has contact elements for supplying the pump unit with a power current. The contact elements are electrically conductively connected to the contact counter elements provided on the housing side and leading to the pump unit when the terminal box is coupled to the housing. In order to increase electrical safety, a sensor, an evaluation unit, and a switch are provided. The sensor is configured to check the coupling of the terminal box. The switch switches a power supply to at least one of the contact elements. The evaluation unit is data-based connected to the sensor and the switch such that the switch connects the contact element to the power current supply when a signal of the sensor confirming the coupling is present and disconnects the power current supply when a signal of the sensor confirming the coupling is absent. In the method according to the invention, at least one contact element which is switched off is first electrically connected to the counter contact element on the housing side, which is provided for supplying current to the pump unit. The power current is then applied to the contact element on the basis of a signal confirming the corresponding contacting.
