摘要： Provided is a wireless communication receiver including an antenna for receiving an RF signal; a first mixer, coupled to the antenna, for performing frequency conversion on the RF signal from the antenna by mixing the RF signal with a local oscillator signal to provide a first intermediate frequency (IF) signal; and a first filter, coupled to the first mixer, configured to pass a predetermined band of frequencies of the first IF signal and to generate a first channel signal. The first filter includes a negative feedback loop coupled to the first mixer for performing negative feedback loop control on the first IF signal; and a positive capacitive feedback loop coupled to the first mixer for performing positive capacitive feedback loop control on the first IF signal, the negative feedback loop and the positive capacitive feedback loop being coupled in parallel.

摘要： A microwave receiver includes a magnetoresistive element to which a microwave is input, a magnetic field application unit, and a DC bias current application unit. The magnetoresistive element includes a free magnetic layer, a fixed magnetic layer, and a nonmagnetic spacer layer interposed between the free magnetic layer and the fixed magnetic layer. The magnetic field application unit applies a magnetic field to the free magnetic layer. The DC bias current application unit applies a DC bias current to the magnetoresistive element, and includes an input terminal. The DC bias current is made variable by adjusting a DC voltage that is applied to the DC bias current application unit via the input terminal.

The multi-tone local oscillator signal generating unit is configured to generate a multi-tone local oscillator signal according to frequency response information of at least one device included in the multi-tone local oscillator signal transmission channel; the band-pass filter is configured to filter the received multi-tone local oscillator signal to obtain a filtered multi-tone local oscillator signal; and the frequency mixer is configured to perform frequency mixing on the multiband signal and the received multi-tone local oscillator signal.

At least one RF front-end module converts the signal between the IF and a radio frequency (RF). The RF front-end module is configured as an RF phased array and includes a coaxial interconnect configured to connect the conversion module with the RF front-end module. The signal is transmitted between the conversion module and the RF-front end module via the coaxial interconnect. At least one RF front-end module includes an active front-end (AFE) configured to allow the signal to be transmitted via the coaxial interconnect while minimizing any deterioration of the signal.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a receiver and a receiving method of the receiver, so that monolithic integration of multiple receiving channels can be implemented. The receiver includes: a zero intermediate frequency channel, performing in-phase/quadrature (IQ) down conversion on a radio frequency signal at a first frequency band using a frequency division or frequency multiplication signal of a first oscillation signal; and a superheterodyne channel, performing down conversion on a radio frequency signal at a second frequency band using the frequency division or frequency multiplication signal of the first oscillation signal, where the first frequency band is different from the second frequency band. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, a zero intermediate frequency channel and a superheterodyne channel use a same oscillation signal or a same frequency division or frequency multiplication signal of the oscillation signal, thereby monolithic integration of multiple receiving channels can be implemented.

摘要： A system and method for receiving a signal, comprising an input adapted to receive a radio frequency signal having a strong interferer; a signal generator, adapted to produce a representation of the interferer as an analog signal generated based on an oversampled digital representation thereof; and a component adapted to cancel the strong interferer from radio frequency signal based on the generated analog signal to produce a modified radio frequency signal substantially absent the interferer. The system typically has a nonlinear component that either saturates or produces distortion from the strong interferer, which is thereby reduced. The system preferably employs high speed circuits which digitize and process radio frequency signals without analog mixers.
