摘要： A communication control method is disclosed, including: connecting, by a small cell by using a built-in soft SIM card or an inserted SIM card, to a Uu air interface of a macro cell to access the macro cell; after receiving a broadcast synchronization signal of the macro cell, synchronizing, by the small cell, with the macro cell, and acquiring configuration information of the macro cell; and performing, by the small cell, system configuration for the small cell according to the configuration information of the macro cell. A SIM card is added to the small cell, so that the small cell can access a macro cell in a terminal form, which is equivalent to addition of a Uu air interface between the small cell and the macro cell. Therefore, configuration management, performance optimization, admissible subscriber configuration, and the like are implemented for the small cell by using this air interface.

摘要： The mobile terminal is disclosed. The mobile terminal of the present invention may include a body having a body hole, a display unit, a waterproof unit, and a second guide unit. The second guide part may guide a part of the waterproof unit to move in the direction of opening the body hole in the body hole. The waterproof unit may include a waterproof unit body moving inside the body hole, a guide connection part extending from the waterproof unit body, and a guide bending part extending from the guide connection part and curved. The guide bending part is guided away from the waterproof unit body, so that warpage of the waterproof unit may be prevented.

摘要： A wireless device, a base station, a random access method and a preamble configuration method are provided. The mobile communication system defines a plurality of preambles, a plurality of low priority preamble sets, and a high priority preamble set. The low priority preamble sets have a strict partial order relationship therebetween. The high priority preamble set and the highest-order low priority preamble set are independent from each other. When requiring random access from a base station, the wireless device randomly selects a preamble from the low priority preamble sets to transmit a random access request message to the base station by using the selected preamble. When the request for random access fails, the wireless device with low priority randomly reselects a preamble from the higher-order low priority preamble set, and the wireless device with high priority randomly reselects a preamble from the high priority preamble set.

摘要： Systems and methods for providing additional control over user equipment (UE) using standardized features of a subscriber identity module (SIM) is provided. The UE can impose SIMLocking criteria based on subscriber related attributes (such as rate plan, prepay, postpay, etc.). The SIM module can comprise multiple unique entries and one value for each entry. One or more entries on the SIM can be subdivided to provide additional values with each value made up of a subset of bits from a particular entry. Thus, a single entry can provide a plurality of values to make up a SIM configuration. The SIM configuration can be compared to a UE SIMLock configuration with the same, or similar, entries to determine if the SIM is compatible for use with the UE. The SIM configuration can be updated dynamically to reflect changes in the account associated with the UE or the SIM.
